Terms & Conditions
1. Booking Procedure: Tour program should be finalized at least 100 days prior to the
schedule date of departure with Railway concession form, participant list, 40% advance
amount, and letter of confirmation.
2. General Information: Tour will be conducted from your nearest railway station to railway
station or Bus stand to Bus stand only. One faculty only will be free of cost on every 15 paid
students. Please, do not request for any extra faculty or staff, as it effects our services
directly. Only one faculty duly authorized by the principal, shall be the tour in charge for the
entire trip and only he/she can instruct, advice or order our manager tours. Transit journey is
also included in the mentioned tour duration. The parents shall be required to sign a
disclaimer before embarking on our tour for their wards. We, under no circumstances will be
liable for any loss or damage of baggage or any other belongings.
3. Tour cost includes: (1) Separate reserve berth in sleeper class. (2) All transfer and
sightseeing by 32 semi deluxe coaches. At destination, the transfer will be given to the point
up to which bus can go or permissible. (3)Accommodation: A. Quadruple sharing
accommodation in hotels, youth hostel or tourist bungalows. B. Faculty will be provided
double sharing accommodation. 4. Meals: Transit menu is fixed, please select any one for
every transit journey or sightseeing. A. All unlimited veg / Non veg. as per menu (5) Hiring
charge of professionals, tour expert and our counterparts.
4. Tour cost excludes: Entry fee and camera fee at any monuments, sanctuary, park etc.
Transport for transfer from school to station or vice versa. Boating charges or any type of
rides etc. Porter charges, tips, local transport or any other expenses of personal nature not
specifically mentioned .Service tax will be charged extra. Evening snacks.
5. Payment, Refund & Cancellation: Booking are accepted along with cash or D.D of 40%
of the total tour cost, 40% amount 20 days before the date of departure, 20% amount during
the tour as per our requirements. Service tax 12.24% on 40% of the gross amount will be
extra. If circumstances make you cancel your tour, the cancellation must be intimated in
writing. as per booking conditions, we are Constrained to levy cancellation charges.
Cancellations shall be as per individual hotel, transport or any other allied service Providers
rule. Refunds shall be made after receiving the individual hotel, transport endorsement only.
Refund on account of cancellation would take minimum 30 days to process refund, it is
admissible in the following manner and Extent: 21 or more days before the departure : 60%
of the total amount. 10 to 20 days before the departure: 40% of the total amount. 01 to 09
days before the departure: 25% of the tour cost. No show on the tour: no refund. No refund
will be made in eventuality of the tour becoming inoperative due to natural Calamities or any
other reason beyond immediate control, although it is rarely expected. There is no refund for
any unutilized services. in the event students concluding their tour earlier to the schedule
Period on account of unforeseen reason or for any other reason on their part, they shall have
no claim for Refund either full or in part.
6. Cost Amendment: We reserve the right to amend the prices published or agreed due to
any changes in various cross rates of exchange, train, fuel Cost, state or any type of taxes and
hotel rates before the date of departure.
7 .Scope of activity: We are a tour operator only and do not control or operate any hotel,
transport or any other facilities or services mentioned in The package. We take all proper care
in selecting all the ingredients required in your tour, but we cant be responsible for any delay
or poor Services provided by them. In the event of break down on account of road blockage
or due to any kind of unforeseen Interruption in road transport, alternative arrangement to the
next destination as per program will be made through the readily available local transport
means at the time and place. We shall in no circumstances whatsoever, be liable to the
students or Any other person traveling with us for any personal injury, accident, death,
loss, sickness, increased expenses, Consequential loss or damage.
8. Jurisdiction: Any or all dispute will be Purnea jurisdiction only.
