For maximum versatility in multilevel car parks, ANPR stratifed
parking allows operators to organize vehicles more effectivly.
Stratifed parking allows an opertor to create custom zones
within a carpark. By installing ANPR on multiple levels, a car
park can now charge by level, by time or even both, without
the need for additional boom gates or tickets.
With stratifed parking, Early Bird parking can be taken to
a new level. Came in before 8am and parked above level 6?
ANPR talks to the parking system directly validates your ac-
tivity automatically, eliminating the need for validation staff on
each level.

Shopping centre carparks often provide a free park-
ing grace period of 1-3 hours. In areas with insuf-
fcient or expensive long term parking, this grace
period is often exploited. Vehicle owners can cycle
their vehicles in and out of a carpark periodically to
obtain extended free parking
VyperEnterprise uses ANPR records to stop this
problem. When a customer inserts their ticket into a
pay machine, the ANPR system is used to calculate
the total time spent in the carpark that day (reset-
ting at midnight). The rate table used to calculate
the customers fee is based on how long the cus-
tomer has already spent in the carpark.
Using only two rate tables, the carpark can allow
a free grace period on the frst visit of the day only.
The second visit is charged from the moment of
entry.
A more advanced (and service orientated) option is
to establish a number of rate tables allowing cus-
tomers to spread their free grace period across a
number of visits.
This ensures valued customers are cared for with a
consistent and predictable tariff system.

VyperEnterprise allows the carpark operator to
automatically charge vehicles at different rates.
The carpark operator can import a list of number
plates and assign a specifc rate table to the list,
allowing modifed parking charges for these ve-
hicles.
This process allows the parking operator to pro-
vide free parking to residents or VIP guests, re-
duced rate parking to staff or contractors, or in-
fate parking costs to known vehicles that should
not be using the carpark.
Wildcards can also be used in the imported num-
ber plate lists. An example would be to charge all
vehicles starting with T a reduced rate.
