Participants in the Summer Institutes use their summer experiences

to give back to their communities. In what ways can you imagine giving
back to your community after you participate in the Summer Institute?
The environment is a global issue afecting all the population and all the ways
that education helps to protect and maintain the environment and the
responsability of the people for the environment are very well promoted . Also, the
media supports environmental protection . That makes the work at the Summer
Institutes for European Student eaders on Environmental Stewardship to make a
big diference in my personal e!perience, to enrich my knowledge and my desire to
pass on gained e!perience . A pro"ect like this that lasts #ve weeks would help me
a lot in my education and in the career that I want to build in the future.
After participating at the Summer Institutes for European Student eaders on
Environmental Stewardship I will certainly enrich my knowledge in environmental
management and its protection. The intensive program not only helps me to
understand very well the environmental management, community service, but
American culture , and when I get back home I can teach others what it really
means proper and sustainable environment management. After this pro"ect I will be
very ready to apply the knowledge gained . $y grades at the %niversity will
increase as the knowledge and e!perience I will gain will propel me towards better
results .
&ne thing I will de#nitely do after the Summer Institutes for European
Student eaders on Environmental Stewardship is to improve volunteer pro"ects I
run with my colleagues in %niversity . There, we have many environmental
pro"ects, pro"ects that take place outdoor, and this program will help me a lot in
organi'ing and managing pro"ects that helps the environment because I have more
knowledge gained, and I can bring a lot of new, good and interesting ideas that can
improve the interest of people to the environment, how they can protect it, and to
have more responsability. The work in groups and with nice people also helps,
because it makes your work easier no matter how hard in is at the beggining, and it
can improve also my leadership e!perience.

Stewardship will be a great help , after I will know how to work harder and I will
have a bigger desire to work in the environment and to help the community , and to
have much better results in the work that i do.
