All together, Catholic Charities agencies and affliates report providing client services 17,283,889 times, ranging from fulflling basic needs for clothing and shelter to developing life skills such as fnancial literacy. In 2013, more than nine million clients came to Catholic Charities agen cies seeking food, representing the majority of client services provided. Although food services represent the highest volume of services provided by Catholic Charities, for most clients this is only an entry point to a broader array of services accessed after a comprehensive assessment by a case manager.
