Description/ Purpose:
This is a comprehensive course on Computer Application and Touch Screen Technology for the Govt. official & staffs
in a Village Panchayat. This course will enable the participants to acquire knowledge on Computer Application and
Touch Screen Technology for their daily official activities.
Target Audience/Learner Analysis:
The target audience or learners of the course will be selected based on their educational qualification. The
curriculum has been developed in view of knowledge transfer to 4 categories. The following table will provide an
overview on categorization depending on minimum educational qualification:
Category Minimum Educational Qualification Analysis as per Blooms Taxonomy
Group-A Graduate in any discipline Capable of implementing Higher order
Educational Objectives i.e. Analysis,
Synthesis and Evaluation.
Group-B 10
th
Standard 12
th
Standard Partially capable of Higher order thinking
but demonstration/application should be
made under guidance.
Group-C 7
th
Standard 10
th
Standard Capable of implementing Lower order
educational objectives i.e. Knowledge,
Comprehension and Application.
Group-D Below 7
th
Standard Partially capable of Lower Order thinking
but have to be applied under guidance.

Instructional Approach:
The instructional approach of this course will primary include:
Classroom Training
Instructor Led Training (ILT)/PowerPoint Presentation
Computer Based Training (CBT)
Using Software Simulation
Registration procedure for participants will be conducted on quarterly basis during a year. Participants will go
through basic aptitude tests. Eligible candidates will be selected for the course. The training will be delivered using
mother tongue of the particular region/zone.
Training Solution:
Delivery Output:
CBT has to be developed using Captivate, Flash & Power point.
ILT will be presented using Power point.
Software Simulation will be generated using Captivate and will be made exclusive for the use of Group A and
Group B.
The instructors or SMEs should be made conversant of using CBT & ILT. During Simulation, the presence of
SME is intended, but exception can be made under certain circumstances e.g. Self -Learning Mode.

Analyzing obtained knowledge from the course
As Group-A category, the learner will be given opportunity and freedom to co-relate the learned skillset to practical
scenario. Specially, during customer service & public awareness program, the learner can outline the viability of their
management procedure in comparison to the existing one. Followed by it, they can approach to the higher
management e.g. District Magistrate aiming for sanction.

Synthesis Phase: Formulating a project plan based on peer group(Group-B, C & D)
After their process gets sanctioned, learner may commence a project based on peer group of employees and
available resources. In such cases, thorough documentation of the procedure will help bring systemization. The
lower category learners can associate and cooperate with the Group A learners, to obtain better result.

Evaluating the feasibility of project plan
Learner can evaluate the plan in terms of feasibility and available resources. Indiscrimination or ambiguity at any
phase during execution can be brought into the notice.
