Not only is this tasty but it takes an entire 4 minutes to cook. It’s healthy too!
1. Heat oven to 400? Generously grease rectangular baking dish, 13x9x2 inches. Cook
ground beef and onion in 10-inch skillet over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until
beef is brown; drain. Stir in soup, vegetables and milk.
2. Stir Bisquick and water in baking dish until moistened; spread evenly. Spread beef
mixture over batter. Sprinkle with cheese.
3. Bake 30 minutes.

Buy some better than average extra virgin (NOT light or late harvest) olive oil
Crush a clove or two of garlic, grind in a pestle and mortar some salt and thyme; crush
half to one anchovies into the salt and thyme powder. It will form a paste.
Finely cut up a capsicum into small chunks (5mm by 5mm is a good guide). Use a red
and green if you want it to look good.
Cut up an onion into similar sized chunks, and slice up a small hot chili.
Ok; heat up enough oil to cover the bottom of a fry pan plus a splash more. Not till it
smokes, merely till when you drop some onion in there it bubbles lightly. Cook the onion,
chili and garlic until the onion is clear. Add the crushed salt and thyme. Cook for a
minute or so over low heat while stirring. Add a can of tuna (small can for one person)
and cook this over low heat until it separates through and is coated in oil. Add the
capsicum.
Mix this through any pasta; long pasta works best. Adjust with salt to taste.
This takes about 10 minutes to cook but is amazingly good. If you don't like anchovies,
seriously add it anyway - you cannot taste it; it just adds a fullness to the flavor overall. If
however you don’t like tuna, why did you read this? Total cost should be about 15 dollars
the first time (olive oil) and about 5 dollars every time after that. I am a student and I eat
this all the time.
Oh you can also make this with salami; use hot and decent quality. It will be quite spicy
though, so watch out.

Beef Burnination
In a non-stick pan, on a low heat, cook the beef until it is brown. Stir in Red Pepper,
Onion, Garlic and Black Pepper. Continue cooking for another minute. Place in bowl,
cover in shredded cheese and add taco sauce. It's a great substitute for eating tacos, is
cheap. You can substitute the cheese and taco sauce and add to stir-fry rice. (Cook with
rice + egg).
It's pretty easy to improvise when cooking this. Just add in basically anything spicy and it
will still be delicious. Just don't over-do it or you'll be spitting fire in no time.

I'm not sure these are college recipes, but I figure I'll share 'em anyway. My cooking
philosophy is simple, and inspired by Contact: why have food that's okay, when you can
have food that's twice as good for twice the effort?
Barbecued Taters:
- Cut russet potatoes into chunks you can mostly enclose in your fist.
- Cut each potato chunk almost all the way through at about 1/4 inch intervals.
- Prepare tinfoil: for each potato, pull out a strip about 4 inches long. Remove about 1/4
of the tinfoil from the long side.
- For each potato, pour a little olive oil on the foil, place the potato on top of it, and
lightly drizzle more olive oil on it. Due to high cooking temperatures, this is not the
occasion to bring out the extra-virgin stuff.
- Sprinkle each potato with equal portions onion powder, thyme, and Cajun seasoning.
- Wrap tinfoil around taters and throw on the barbie. Turn every few minutes. Let cook
for at least 20 minutes, I prefer 30 personally. Remove from grill, unwrap, and add sour
cream and Cajun seasoning. The Cajun seasoning applied earlier will be blackened, and
really works together well with the untouched seasoning. The potatoes will be brown or
black on the outside, but delightfully light and fluffy on the inside.
- Note: it is _really_ hard to overcook the taters, aside from outer blackening.

I just made this last Thursday with the shit we had lying around the apartment.
Blair's Armageddon Casserole
Ingredients:
1 box of Stove Top (c) Stuffing, any flavor.
2 cans tuna drained
1 can sweet peas, drained
Some cheese, preferable pre-shredded, cause shredding takes work.
Spices, they're all the same
Salt
Pepper
Hot sauce
Take a box of stovetop stuffing (Doesn't matter which flavor, I used Turkey)
Instead of a cup and a half of water, use 1 cup water and a half cup of orange juice.
Make as per directions.
While that is on, open 2 cans of tuna, and drain, also, open and drain normal can of sweet
peas. Fry tuna and peas lightly in olive oil. Add random spices (I used parmesan cheese,
and a shaker of "Italian spices") Fry a bit more. Salt and stuff, why not?
When Stuffing has sat for 5 mins, fluff with fork, then stir in tuna mixture, and some
shredded cheddar cheese. Top with more cheese, maybe some hot sauce (I did).

Fish-n-pasta
Boil the pasta and put them all in a large bowl. Add the tuna immediately followed by
some olive oil and the lemon juice. Mix it up and add the oregano and the thyme to add
flavor. Cut out the cheddar cheese in dices and put throw a handful of it in the bowl. Add
the mayonnaise (not too much) and mix it up. Add black pepper if you feel like it.

Place baked beans in a bowl, cover with a plastic bag to keep the steam in.
Turn grill on.
Set baked beans to cook in the microwave for 4 minutes, at the same time put 2 slices of
bread in the grill. (On the basis you all have stretch Armstrong arms)
Cook one side of toast more than the other, e.g. have one to perfection. The other a bit
light.
Take both slices out, add cheese to one slice (cooked side) and put it back in until the
cheese has melted.
Put the other slice on top (cooked side down) and place it back in the grill.
Turn around to cook the other side.
Take bakes beans out of microwave.
Take sandwich out of grill. Place on plate.
Stir bowl of Baked beans/spaghetti.
Tip on top of sandwich.
EAT!
