i.e. Depot Manager, Manager/Training, Manager (Regional

KEY TASKS HANDELED


Operation Management
- To plan and review demand based scheduling of bus and crew on the basis
of traffic demand assessment using existing methods and also applying new
techniques developed in the area.
- Reviewing concepts and tools like segmentation, elements of marketing mix
and market research for effective market planning process related to
marketing of transport services.
- Monitoring of bus station (depot) management.

Logistics & Materials Management


- Planning for forecasting the demand for materials.
- Planning Indenting & complete procurement function for all materials from
OEMS and other manufacturer to the extent required and permitted,
including consumables by critically examining the level of consumption.
Responsible for maintaining low inventories & identification of critical parts.
- Budgeting of spares and consumables.
- Identification of cost effective vendor sources through market study for
developing vendor base.
- Monitoring performance of components to ensure timely replacement.
