Promotes efficient methods of teaching and
learning through classroom observation.
Actual observation of teaching and learning process,
teacher-student interaction and creation of
appropriate teaching method to improve learning
processes.
Support Deped programs for the betterment of
the educational system. E.g zero dropped out rate, EFA
etc.
Contribute to the realization of the vision and mission,
and goals of the DepEd.
Organized and implemented activities with A.P
teachers for personal growth and professional
development like lakbay aral, team building activities,
retreat and conference.
Developed camaraderie and cooperation among
teachers in the department.

C. Curriculum Development
Supervises the implementation, monitoring, and
evaluation of school curriculum to achieve maximum
learning results.
