Scope of Work: HVAC Up gradation ,installation of ducted Split Units , Maintenance of all AC units
Project: MCC & DCC HVAC Up gradation
Designation: HVAC Engineer
Duration: from March 2013 till date.

Job Responsibilities: On MEP contract to MCC , DCC , MOE directly responsible for building up
gradations , submittals and commissioning of HVAC units. Overseeing ducting, piping and digital
control system installation. Monitoring assembly and field inspection of HVAC. Providing verification
and interpretation of construction plans and technical supervision of installations.

Ensure that QEMS system is implemented, maintained, and continually

improve its effectiveness in accordance with requirements of ISO 9001:2008.

Solely responsible for the efficient, safe operation and Lead & mobilize a team of

QC Inspectors & HVAC CONST. TEAM for Testing & Commissioning of HVAC

System.

In-Progress inspection of Refrigerant lines sizing, brazing, Vacuuming, Leak testing,
Refrigerant charging as per work instruction manual.

Reviewing and checking of all documentation for accuracy as per work order,

Drawings, modifications. Etc.

Visiting Site for inspection and see any problems & Technical queries are properly and timely
resolved.

Prepare and maintain RFI and Review Material Test certificates.

Report, Maintain and Investigate Material Discrepancy report. Supplier Product component
Evaluation Report based on Project

Specification standards . Suggest and enhance system improvement and amendments to
existing

Procedures/Process for achieving quality and reliability of the product. Carrel, ABB, Honeywell,
Siemens etc. control panels.

Responsible for witnessing, Inspecting all ductwork and HVAC equipment installation for Main
Control Building , Substations, Instrument equipment shelters HVAC Plant Rooms, for IGD
HABSHAN 5

Responsible for hands-on support to - repair and service air-conditioning units,

Installation & Commissioning of Split, Package units, FCUs, AHUs, & Chillers

with all accessories.

To supervise, execute and ensure that Refrigerant piping/Ducting work

installation is as per applicable drawings and specifications.

Coordinating with concern contractors at the Project & ensure the availability

of required plant, Equipment & Materials as per schedule plan.

Responsible for full study and Execution of HVAC Drawing.

Preparation of Material Submittals to get approval.

Raising NCR against poor quality of work and violations of specifications.

Checking material delivered to site for conformance with approved samples,

Specifications.

Review/ Approve Contractor/Vendor design data, drawings. ensuring that

contractor are performing work as per the Clients processes and standard

application codes.

Prepare daily reports, Maintain records of inspection made, test performed,

work executed etc.

Preparation of drawing status Report and Material Status report.

Providing technical guidance and support to sub-ordinates, contractors for

Queries

Co-ordination with all subcontractors for different activity of the project.

Co-ordination with clients, consultants for AMC maintenance, repairs

and trouble shooting of air conditioning equipments.

Perform plumbing inspection of all plumbing fixtures examining for vent size, grade & size of
pipe and examines all joints.

Perform water tests on all completed plumbing, examining for brazing

Welding/ sealing /leakages.etc
