The main focus of this course is on trade union functions and operations. Students will learn the industrial relations system and practices in Malaysia as well as the challenges. (Kursus ini bertujuan memberikan kefahaman dan kesedaran kepada pelajar tentang kepentingan dan peranan kesatuan sekerja khususnya di Malaysia.
