SYNOPSIS This course aims to provide an understanding and awareness to the
students on the importance of trade union and its role particularly in
Malaysia. The main focus of this course is on trade union functions
and operations. Students will learn the industrial relations system and
practices in Malaysia as well as the challenges.
(Kursus ini bertujuan memberikan kefahaman dan kesedaran kepada
pelajar tentang kepentingan dan peranan kesatuan sekerja
khususnya di Malaysia. Tumpuan utama kursus ini adalah kepada
fungsi dan operasi kesatuan sekerja. Pelajar juga akan mempelajari
sistem dan amalan hubungan industri di Malaysia serta cabarannya.
