These workshops are designed to raise awareness of the Health charter,
guidance and self-assessment framework for social care providers,
and enable social care and health staff to develop a shared understanding
of the wider health and wellbeing issues that impact on the lives
of people with learning disabilities.

Who should attend?
Social care providers and commissioners, team managers and
members of community learning disability teams, health commissioners,
members of Partnership Boards and Health and Wellbeing Boards,
members of Healthwatch.

These places are taken up very fast, please let us have your application
form as soon as possible. We do need completed applications to
secure places on these events
