Smart Call Plus and Smart Call
Smart Call Plus assigns a 10-digit terrestrial number to the
aircraft. Telephone numbers are available for the US and in-
ternationally. We can typically provide a prefix that matches
your customers corporate headquarters anywhere in the world.
Smart Call allows the user to dial a 1-800 number to initiate a
call to the aircraft. We have 1-800 numbers available in 21
countries and additional local access numbers in 12 countries.
FlightStream SA
FlightStream SA is deployed on our global network and allows
aircraft operators to control their SATCOM systems from the
ground without gaining access to the aircraft.
FlightStream SA offers a full set of web filtering, compres-
sion, management, and consumption tracking features that can be
turned on or off and changed at any time from the ground.
Changes can be made to a single aircraft, an entire fleet, or a
group of aircraft in the fleet. FlightStream SA does not require
hardware or software to be installed on the aircraft or personal
devices and allows flight departments to keep their highly mobile
networks under control.
Free Test Accounts
AirSatOne offers free 10 MB test
accounts for OEMs, installation
facilities, and aircraft sales. Dur-
ing commissioning of the system,
an AirSatOne technician will
monitor live network activity to
verify connectivity and assist
with any problems. Working to-
gether, we can quickly eliminate
issues and deliver a better product
to the end customer.

Test accounts include automatic
data usage notifications, which
can be used to verify connectivity
and prove successful system op-
eration to the aircraft operator.
When your test account reaches
10 MB, it is automatically sus-
pended to avoid surprise charges,
and you will receive an immedi-
ate email notification to eliminate
unnecessary troubleshooting. You
can restore service at any time by
simply contacting AirSatOne.
Customer Support
We offer 24/7/365 customer support both by phone and on-
site. Our support team is manned by factory trained, highly
experienced aviation, SATCOM, and networking personnel.
Dashboard Monitoring
Our Dashboard monitoring system, which is included with
every plan, allows customers to log on at any time to man-
age their account, monitor usage, view plan allowances,
and set up usage warnings and automatic notifications.
Our Dashboard system can automatically notify customers
if they exceed data usage limits, and customers can moni-
tor total data usage at any time and download usage data
in popular spreadsheet formats for billing or tracking pur-
poses.
Fleet Services
Custom fleet service packages designed for customers
operating two or more aircraft under the same corporate
entity are available upon request. AirSatOne's Shared
Corporate Allowance Plan (ASO-SCAP) allows operators
to buy bulk airtime at lower price points and share it be-
tween aircraft in their fleets.
