Terms: Down payment remitted in full prior to shipping. Installments: Consecutive monthly installments commencing with the "First Payment
Due Date" above and continuing each month until paid in full. All payments are due in the office of the creditor above on or before the due
date. No penalty to the debtor shall apply for pre-payment of balance in full.
CONDITIONS: The debtor designated above agrees and guarantees to protect and preserve any property named herein to the benefit of the
creditor; and if loss, or damage to any property securing this loan occurs prior to payment of the loan amount in full, the debtor, agrees to
indemnify the creditor for any loss to the extent of the full value of the secured property. The creditor is acknowledged as holder in due
course and the debtor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the creditor from any loss or suit arising from use of the secured property.
DEFAULT: Failure of the debtor to remit payment on any installment due date, or any remittance by the debtor by check uncollectible, shall
constitute default by the debtor and the creditor may subsequently initiate seizure of the property pledged herein as security. Any expense
relating to recovery, restoration or attorney fee relating to enforcement of these terms shall be additionally due to the creditor, without limit of
damages, from the debtor.
TO WIT, the Debtor, Guarantor and Creditor each mutually agree and consent to the above by their signatures hereon.
