NOTE: A workplan is a graphic or tabular summary of what you plan to do and how you plan to do it.
. It could be considered a specific and more detailed
version of the activities portion of your logic model. Scoring Rubric for PRO-Tech Workplan
Beginner (1) Developing (2) Accomplished (3) Criteria Documenting Need
Not addressed = 0
Claims there is a problem or need but fails to quantify the issue Identifies a reasonable measure of the problem or need but it is not directly related to the target population Identifies both the problem or need as well as the degree to which the issue is impacting the target population Establishes a clear need based on data Proposing a Solution
Score = 2 Proposes a solution or approach to solving the problem or addressing the need identified The proposed solution is a model or evidence-based program The identified solution includes evidence of effectiveness or is proven to work in the target population Identifying Indicators of Success
Score = 2 Outcome measures or indicators of success are included Proposed outcome measures or indicators of success are logically linked or associated with the identified need or problem The proposed outcome measures or indicators of success are based on past experience, industry standards or research that demonstrates a relationship between the solution and the identified problem, need or issue the selected measures fully support checking the solution against identified issue Assess the Solution
Not addressed = 0
Targeted level(s) of change are included, although the basis for the target is not stated Targets for change are logical but may still be based on assumptions targets are not fully vetted Targets for change are justified based on documented similar or past results achieved, either by the proposer or in related research Overall Impression
Not addressed = 0
The logic model presents an unsupported prediction about a possible solution to an identified problem, need or issue The logic model presents a logical, loosely supported guess at a solution to an identified problem, need or issue The logic model presents a solution to an identified problem, need or issue that is fully justified with practical and logical reasoning based on experience, data and/or research
Average rating (0 + 2 + 2 + 0 + 0 = 4 5) is 0.8 which is below the scale for a logic model
Program: PRO-Tech Logic Model Situation: The purpose of the program is to increase post-release employability of juvenile offenders to help reduce recidivism rates.

Assumptions
External Factors Youth are at greatest risk of recidivism within 4 months of release. All youth participating in the program will receive quality, equitable educational services provided by SBBC as required by law. The recidivism rate for youth at the Pompano Substance Abuse Treatment Center is 41% and 30% at the Broward Girls Academy. This program supplements requirements under DJJ Rule 63T-1: Transition Services for Residentially Committed Youth
