1_Installare la piletta sul piatto doccia in direzione dello scarico predi-
sposto ed accertarsi dell assenza di perdite.
Positioning the drain on the shower tray according to the existingdrain
hole and verify further leaks.
2_Posizionare il piatto doccia sui punti d appoggio realizzati con malta
magra in corrispondenza degli angoli ed al centro.
Positioning the shower tray on supporting points made using low water
mortar alongside the corners as well as the centre.
3_Interporre un foglio di plastica o carta tra la ceramica e la malta per
evitare che le supeci si incollino.
Interposing a plastic/paper layer between ceramic and mortar in order to
avoid surfaces to get pasted.
4_Alloggiare il piatto doccia tenendo conto dello spessore rivestimen-
to e vericare il corretto posizionamento con una livella (N.B. livellare
innanzitutto le superci dove pogger il box doccia).
Positioning the shower tray paying attention to the thickness of the cove-
ring and verify the right positioning by means of a spirit level (N.B. initially
level the surfaces where shower tray box will be placed).
5_Dopo la presa della malta procedere con il maiolicato evitando che
questo poggi sulla supercie del piatto doccia (3-4 mm) onde evitare
rotture della ceramica a seguito di assestamento.
Waiting for the mortar to take root, then proceeding with the majolica co-
vering, paying attention not to touch the shower tray surface (3-4 mm) as
to avoid possible breakages due to settlement.
6_Sigillare il tutto con silicone antimua bianco o malte elastiche.
Sealing with white, anti-mould silicon or elastic mortar.

1_Installieren Sie den Auslauf auf die Duschwanne
in Richtung des vorbereiteten Abfusses und versi-
chern Sie sich, dass keine Leckagen auftreten.

fuite.
1_Instalar la pila de descarga sobre el plato ducha
en direccin hacia el desage y asegurarse de que
no haya prdidas.
5_Nach dem Abbinden des Mrtel fahren Sie mit
der Majolika- Abdeckung fort. Vermeiden Sie da-
bei, dass diese auf der Duschwanne aufiegt (3-4
mm), um ein Brechen der Sanitrkeramik infolge
des Absetzens zu vermeiden.
5_Lorsque le mortier a pris, poser la faence en vi-
tant que celle-ci ne repose sur la surface du rece-
veur (3-4 mm) en vue dviter que la cramique ne
se brise lors de lajustement.
5_Despus de que el mortero haya agarrado,
proceder con las operaciones de revestimiento de
maylica evitando que sta se apoye a las super-
fcies del plato ducha (3-4 mm) para evitar roturas
de la cermica a causa de un asentamiento.
6_Dichten Sie alles mit weiem Anti- Schimmel-
Silikon oder elastischem Mrtel ab.
6_Sceller le tout avec la silicone anti-moisissures
blanche ou avec un mortier lastique.

2_Positionieren Sie die Duschwanne auf die mit
Magermrtel in bereinstimmung mit den Ecken
und der Mitte hergestellten Aufagepunkte.
2_Placer le receveur sur les points dappui raliss
au mortier maigre au niveau des angles et du cen-
tre.
2_Colocar el plato ducha sobre los puntos de apo-
yo que se han realizado con el mortero pobre en
correspondencia con las esquinas y el centro.
3_Schieben Sie ein Plastik- oder Papierblatt
zwischen die Sanitrkeramik und den Mrtel, um
zu vermeiden, dass die Oberfchen verkleben.
3_Interposer une feuille en plastique ou en papier
entre la cramique et le mortier pour viter que les
surfaces ne se collent.
3_Interponer una hoja de plstico o de papel entre
la cermica y el mortero para evitar que las super-
fcies se peguen.
4_Setzen Sie die Duschwanne ein. Beachten Sie
dabei die Strke der Schicht und berprfen Sie
mit einer Wasserwaage die richtige Positionierung
(Anmerkung: Gleichen Sie vor allem die Ober-
fchen aus, auf denen die Duschkabine aufiegen
wird).
4_Installer le receveur en tenant compte de
lpaisseur du revtement et vrifer la position cor-
recte laide dun niveau (N.B. Mettre niveau les
surfaces ou la cabine de douche sappuiera).
4_Colocar el plato ducha considerando el espesor
del revestimiento y verifcar la correcta posicin
usando un nivel de burbuja de aire (Nota: nivelar
sobre todo las superfcies donde se apoyar la ca-
bina de la ducha).

1_Realizzare punti di appoggio utilizzando malta magra o collante a
basso potere adesivo in corrispondenza degli angoli e al centro. Tra il
piatto e la malta interporre il foglio di nylon per evitare che le due parti si
incollino. Applicare il nastro protettivo sui bordi interessati al sovrastante
rivestimento
Make points of supports utilizing lean mortar or low bonding agent adhesi-
ve at the corners and at the centre. Between the shower-tray and the mortar
put the nylon sheet in order to avoid that the two parts stick. Apply the pro-
tective tape on the edges involved in the covering.
2_A rivestimento ultimato tagliare a lo piastrelle
e rimuovere leccedenza.
Covering fnished, remove the exceeding tape after having cut it straight down.
3_Sigillare con silicone antimua
o stucco cementizio equivalente (elastico).
Seal with anti-mildew silicone or equivalent cement plaster (elastic).
Il kit PD001 stato studiato per agevolare e rendere migliore l installa-
zione dei piatti doccia in ceramica.
Il suo utilizzo e la corretta sequenza d installazione rende impossibile la
rottura del piatto nel tempo.
Kit PD001 has been designed to simplify and improve the installation of the
ceramic shower trays.
Following the proper installation sequence will preserve the shower tray
from possible breakages in the course of time.

1_Stellen Sie Aufagepunkte her. Verwenden Sie
dazu Magermrtel oder Klebstof mit geringer
Haftkraft in bereinstimmung mit den Ecken und
der Mitte. Schieben Sie ein Nylonblatt zwischen die
Sanitrkeramik und den Mrtel, um zu vermeiden,
dass die sie miteinander verkleben. Verwenden Sie
auf den von der Beschichtung betrofenen Rn-
dern ein Schutzband.
1_Raliser les points dappui en utilisant le mortier
maigre ou une colle faible pouvoir adhsif au ni-
veau des angles et du centre. Interposer une feuille
en nylon entre le receveur et le mortier pour viter
que les deux parties ne se collent. Appliquer le ru-
ban adhsif de protection sur les bords concerns
par la pose du revtement.
1_Realizar los puntos de apoyo usando mortero
pobre o pegamento con bajo poder adhesivo en
correspondencia con las esquinas y el centro. En-
tre el plato y el mortero colocar una hoja de nylon
para evitar que las dos partes se peguen entre s.
Aplicar la cinta de proteccin sobre los bordes don-
de se aplica el sobrestante revestimiento .

2_Schneiden Sie das Schutzband nach abgesch-
lossener Beschichtung mit den Fliesen bndig ab
und entfernen Sie den berschuss.
2_Lorsque la pose du revtement est termine,
couper au ras des carreaux et enlever le ruban qui
dpasse.
2_Una vez acabadas las operaciones de revesti-
miento, cortar las baldosas por el borde y quitar el
material spbrante.
3_Dichten Sie mit Anti- Schimmel- Silikon oder
einem gleichwertigem Zementputz ab (elastisch).
3_Sceller avec de la silicone anti-moisissures ou
avec un enduit de ciment quivalent (lastique).
3_Sellar con silicona anti-moho o con estuco de
cemento equivalente (elstico).
