Starflower bracelet by jayceepatterns.

com
This pretty crystal bracelet in stitched in Netting stitch and Triangle weave.
The bracelet in the picture measures 6.75 without a clasp.
If you wish to make a longer bracelet, you will need more beads
For a 6.75 bracelet without the clasp, you will need the following items:
36 x 4mm Swarovski crystals Rose
1 x 6 OR 8mm Swarovski crystal Rose
30 x 3mm Swarovski pearls White OR cream
36 x 4mm Swarovski pearls Bright Gold
820 (4 grams) Size 15/o Miyuki rocailles 462D
The pattern is for Seasoned beginners and up and is laid out in steps.
The instruction code for the beads is as follows:
Size 15/o seed beads seeds
3mm white or cream pearls - WP
4mm gold pearls GP
4mm rose crystals R crystals

Step 1
Leave a 6 tail and pick up 12 seeds. Go through the first two seeds
again to form a circle.
Pick up 10 seeds, one R crystal and 10 seeds. Go through the seed that
your needle is exiting in the circle again (from the opposite side) to form
a picot (P1).
Go up through the 1

4 seeds of P1 and pick up 1 GP. Go across the
picot and down into the 7

seed from the R crystal on the opposite side.
Go down through the next 3 seeds and into the circle seed again.
Go through the next 2 seeds in the circle.

Step 2
I have shown you how to make 1 picot. Continue making picots around the circle until
you have 6. There should be 1 bead in the circle between each picot.
When you have finished making picot 6, your needle should be back in the circle.
Go though the beads in the circle until you get to the circle bead for P4.
Go down through the 1

8 seeds of P4 on the left side.
Exit the 8
th
seed and pick up 1 WP, 1 seed, 1 WP. Go through the 3
rd
seed from the R
crystal of P5 (from bottom to top), and pick up 1 WP.
Go through the seed your needle is exiting in P4 to form a triangle (T1).
Go down through the next WP and seed of T1.
Pick up 1 WP, 1 seed, 1 WP, 1 seed, 1 WP. Go through the seed between the 2 WPs
of T1 from right to left to form another triangle (T2).

Step 3
You will now begin making the next flower.
Your needle will be exiting the seed between the 2 WPs of T2.
Pick up 18 seeds, 1 R crystal and 2 seeds. Go into the seed of T2 again from top
to bottom to form P1.
Go through the next 12 seeds of P1 and pick up 1 GP. Go across and down into
the 7
th
seed from the R crystal on the opposite side of P1. Go through the next 4
seeds and pick up 11 seeds.
Go into the seed your needle is exiting from the opposite side to form a circle.
Go through the next two seeds in the circle.

Step 4
Continue making picots around the 2

flower circle until you have made 5.
Go through the next two seeds and pick up 7 seeds. Go into the seed between the two WPs
of T2.
Pick up 2 seeds, 1 R crystal and 10 seeds.
Go into the circle seed again from the opposite side to form P6.
Go up into the next 4 seeds of P6, pick up 1 GP and go across and down into the 7
th
seed
from the R crystal on the opposite side of P6.
Go down into the circle seed of P6 and continue through the circle seeds until you get to the
circle seed of P3.
Go down through the next 8 seeds of P3 to begin adding the next 2 triangles of WPs
You will notice that the picots of flower 1 are stitched in a clockwise direction.
The picots of Flower 2 are stitched in an anti-clockwise direction.

You dont have to make a loop and
crystal clasp for this bracelet if you
dont want to.
Instead, attach a clasp of your own
choice.
Side A
Exit the 8
th
seed on the inside of one
of the picots at the end of the bracelet.
Pick up 5 seeds, 1 x 6 OR 8mm Rose
crystal and 1 seed.
Go back through the R crystal and the
next 2 seeds.
Pick up 3 seeds and go into the 8
th
seed on the inside edge of the opposite
picot.
Weave through to the circle and repeat
the thread path to reinforce.
Weave in and tie off.
Side B
Exit the 8
th
seed on the inside edge of
one of the picots at the other end of
the bracelet.
Pick up 5 seeds, PLUS as many seeds
as you will need to make a loop that
will fit over the crystal at the other end
of the bracelet. The loop must not be
too loose or too tight. The diagram
only shows a few seeds in the loop.
You must add more.
Go back into the 5
th
and 4
th
seeds that
you picked up and pick up 3 more
seeds.
Go into the 8
th
seed on the inside edge
of the picot on the opposite side.
Weave down to the circle and repeat
the thread path to reinforce.
Weave into the bracelet and tie off
