The clients 3 year old contracts were coming up for

renewal at an increased rate of 30%. BCR Associates
tendered the business to the market for a bespoke quote
and secured the contract at a much reduced rate over 3
years, whilst also managing the administration,
terminations and changeover at no fee to the client.
Small brewery with chain of pubs
An award wining brewery based in the City of Bath with a
chain of 4 pubs requested a cost review. We indentified a
19% reduction on their energy spend a saving of 3,800
the bills across the chain were also consolidated. BCR

A 21 roomed boutique hotel in central Bath with cocktail

supplier and could not change supplier at that time. BCR
Associates contacted and re-negotiated with the supplier
resulting in a 2 year contract and an immediate saving of
31% or 12,350 in savings over 2 years
