Annexure I

Terms and Conditions:

GENERAL TERMS:
A) One Time Placements:
Placement Fee : 7.00 % of the Annual CTC

B) Contractual Placements:

For 3+ yrs : 38000/ Month/Candidate

For 4+ yrs : 45000/Month/Candidate

1. Invoice raising date : On completion of one month service

2. Payment : Within 15 days of invoice raised.
3. Validity of Proposal : 30 days
4. TDS/Service tax : as applicable

CONDITIONS OF OUR AGREEMENT:

 We shall provide the details of the Candidates as per your format once you accept this letter as
the terms and conditions.
 Once any Candidate from our list is selected, immediately the same shall be notified to us and
on the Candidate’s joining, the placement fee shall be immediately paid to us.

 Candidates’ CTC finalized by you shall be intimated to us immediately and shall be kept
transparent.
 The Candidates from our list shall not be recruited either directly by you or indirectly through
your associates without notifying us or without paying our placement fee before the Validity
period.
 The Candidates rejected in the selection process shall not be recruited on a later date without
our knowledge.
 Replacements will not be provided in case the employment is terminated by you.
 Payment shall be made in favor of “EMVEE INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED “
