Proposal Form for a New or Revised CPD o!rse "Form CPD#$


This form is designed to be used for the accreditation of CPD and short courses
developed for professionals or organisations, with a credit size of up to 30 credits.
Postgraduate Awards and modules which form part of a certificate, diploma or
degree ualification should %o& be submitted using this form.
All CPD courses must be resourced from within the department!s e"isting resources
and#or income generated from other CPD course.
$nce completed b% the course leader from the department, in liaison with the &inance
$ffice and CPD $ffice, the form should be submitted to the 'ndergraduate (tudies
Committee#(ub)&acult% or *raduate (tudies Committee of the appropriate &acult% for
its consideration and approval. &inal approval will be given b% the Chair of the +oard
of 'ndergraduate (tudies or the +oard of *raduate (tudies acting on behalf of the
+oard.
&ailure to provide information under all the headings shown ma% result in approval of
the course being dela%ed.
