I managed the owner’s project team functions along with the establishment and development of the Execution
Plan for total Hotel reconstruction project. I developed and issued the bid proposal packages for the tendering
portions of the project. Later I preformed the evaluation and negotiation to finalize and award contracting
scope of works to 8 specialized subcontractors. After contracts were assigned I prepared work site locations
with temporary facilities and managed contractors and field construction activities included; preparing the
organization and managing the direct project teams activities, developing tender bid packages, reviewing
contracts and proposals, reviewing material and equipment proposals, mobilizing and managing contractors,
performing safety supervision, QA/QC supervisor, scheduling, planning and cost tracking.

I joined the General Contractor team in very first stages of Project Execution for a new Selective Hydro
treatment Unit Prime G+ project in the refinery. My responsibilities included: arrangement of construction site
offices and facilities for project team included all required office rental and/or purchase arrangements of
equipment. I was researching and establishing prospects to accommodate the project teams and their staffed
individuals with temporary and permanent housing along with requested means of transportation and fulfilling
the team with communication service arrangements. I was conducting human resources functions by
providing screening for various contractors, based on specifics scopes of works and special requests. And
other functions and activities preformed: Control and enforcement of company contracting policies and
procedures, contract development and administration, bidding process execution, correspondence with sub-
contractors, supervising and reinforcing contractual obligations, troubleshooting and resolving problematic
issues, information accumulation and screening functions.

General profile summery and skills

Experience
In general I started from execution work activities associated with modernization projects like Penex, NHT,
Gasoline blending facility, following Butinge terminal expansion project, FCC-SHU and refinery related works
such as: shut down, turn around activities, tank renovation projects and routine maintenance works. In last
few years I have established and managed several companies providing public and industrial related
services.
Knowledge
I am familiar with oil and refining western procedures and structure included shops, departments, units and
divisions. I had good experience working with people from all fields and positions started Deputies General
Director, heads of shops and main departments in refinery and finishing direct labor mechanics, operators.
Language skills
I can write and speak in English, Russian and Lithuanian mother language. I have 3-year experience in
written and interpretation translations in a projects, shut downs and daily refinery maintenance works. My
technical language skills are a big benefit in then project where international contractors are involved.
Computer skills
I have experience using following programs: Microsoft office (all), Microsoft Projects, ACAD.
