This evaluation must be completed by the employee's immediate supervisor according to the
procedure. From the list of indicators above, the non- teaching staff will be rated on each of the
performance factors according to the following scale:

100% - 95% = Outstanding
94% - 90% = Very Satisfactory
89% - 85% = Satisfactory
84% - 80% = Moderately Satisfactory
79% - 75% = Needs Improvement
74% and Below = Poor

NOTE:
An evaluation of 79 and below deserves a serious call of attention, since the standards of the
school require more than perfunctory performance of work.
