The Cabinet

Humidin Air Washer made in single skin or double skin cabinets/housings
feature:-
The total assembly is mounted on a horizontal member of heavy galvanized
steel channel with die cast Aluminum Corners for joining them together
with lifting holes on all corners.
We have special software to design the panels for standard Air Washers, to
suit the site conditions for easy assembly.
The Panels are fixed to the rugged frame work made of aluminum section /
G.. Section with special imported fasteners / nut surts. The cabinet is
airtight using self adhesive tapes and gaskets.
Humidin Air Washers have proper accessibility for regular maintenance
through hinged service doors.
The Cellulose pads are of imported origin of make and are designed
for maximum saturation efficiencies, being having large Air to surface
contact area in 7mm flute size and 45 x 45 flute angle (more details are
available further in this catalogue).

The water tank is made of mild steel (MS) or stainless steel (SS) with anti corrosive
coatings (FRP/EPOXY) and are designed for easy access for periodic cleaning.
The pipe and other fittings like gate valve, Y-stainers, float valve are of reputed make or
of imported origin.
Humidin offers fan in forward and backward curved design, statically and dynamically
balanced with low noise levels and high efficiency from 300mm dia to 2000mm dia.
The fans are tested as per AMCA.
The fan & motors are mounted on Aluminium section / G.. fabricated slide rails with
provision of easy belt tensioning. The complete assembly is mounted on spring/rubber
vibration isolators for smooth performance.
The fan is connected to the main casing, using fire and moisture resistant flexible
canvassconnection, ensuring low operating noise and vibration.
The drive pulleys are taper bushed duly balanced with proper sized'v' belts.
Humidin air washer features can be enhanced by using various optional accessories as

Water Distribution Pad
The distribution pad has a special angle
arrangement to disperse the water and thus
ensure a uniform supply of water on the
cooling pads. n this way, the risk of dry spots
that may occur in case of an uneven water flow
is eliminated. A distribution pad is always
advised. The distribution pad has to be ordered
by itself and is available in standard heights
and depths. the standard with is 600mm.

HUMDN AR WASHERS ARE DESGNED WTH THE BEST QUANLTY EVAPORATVE COOLNG PADS, which are of
imported origin of make. The Cooling pad is made of Cellulose (Pulp) sheet and bonded together in 7mm flute size in
45 x 45 Angle.
The Cellulose pad is cross corrugated coated with anti rot, rigidifying and wetting resins.
The Pads are made for maximum efficiency, at minimum pressure drop.
