Request for Expression of Interest for Empanelment as a Service Provider

CITCON (Chhattisgarh Industrial & Technical Consultancy Centre) is a
division of MPCON Ltd a Govt. Company under section 617 of companies act 1956
having subsidiary status of Industrial Finance Corporation of India (IFCI), and jointly sponsored
by SIDBI, ICICI Ltd., Nationalized Banks and State Level Corporations. The company came
into existence in the year 1979 with an objective of imparting training for the promotion of Self
employment/ Entrepreneurship/Skill Development and to provide consultancy services in the
different areas like preparation of Detailed Project Report (DPR), Techno-Economic Feasibility
Report (TEFR), Consultancy on Information Technology, Environment and Energy Projects,
Rehabilitation Studies for Sick Units, Consultancy on Agro-based Industries, Food Processing
Industries, conduction of Market Survey and conducting other Special Studies for Central and
various State Governments etc as per requirement.

1. CITCON invites eligible Service Providers for Empanelment for implementation of its
training, survey, domain specific consultancy and other field level works. The same may be
provided with a non refundable processing fee of Rs. 2,000/- in the form of a Demand Draft
favoring CITCON, Raipur and strictly per the attached format. Application received which
are not in the format provided and/or a DD of Rs. 2,000/- is not enclosed, such an
application will be rejected without assigning any reason.

2. The empanelment will be valid for a period of two years.

3. The completed Request for Expression of Interest in the prescribed format and accompanying
documents must be submitted in plain and sealed envelope and clearly marked Request for
Expression of Interest for Empanelment of Service Provider and addressed to :-

4. The required REOI and the accompanying documents in the prescribed format must be
submitted within 15 days of the release of the advertisement.
