When entering details to purchase a lesson, mandatory fields (name and contact details)
need to be marked. Add guidelines underneath fields.
Not allowed spaces etc in username (common problem) and the website doesnt explain the
problem, leaving customer thinking they cant get past the numerical code.
Party booking form stopped working at Xmas time
ALL tab (in bookings calendar) shows unpublished lessons for the public to book
On voucher page improve online form or add information prompts to fields, eg. Monetary
value field needs an info icon to direct customer of numerical format to enter (number only,
separated by decimal point, ie. 50.00 for 50)
Vouchers - Change email from wording confuses customers. Add hover question mark.
Vouchers not reaching recipient on many email addresses, eg. NHS
Approx. 70% of people get confirmations (assume recipes too) Should be 100%. Also
capacity not showing correct number of bookings.
Party packages should be CMS
