Printing: Rotogravure Printing up to 8 colours with Auto Registration Control.



Cylinder / Design: We have in house designing facility to provide quick and fast supply, tie-up for
Electronic / Chemical Cylinder Engraving Facility next door.
Lamination: Both WET and DRY to take all kinds of lamination / Speciality in Foil + Paper lamination
used in Confectionery, Butter Chiplet and Contraceptive.
Embossing: Embossing as per specific design on Foil + Paper and PVC/LD/PP films. Example: Butter
chiplets and Playing cards.
Multilayer Film: Equipped with high quality 3 layer film plant to produce quality films used for
Lamination / Oil pouches / Milk pouches / Jumbo liners etc.
Pouching: Pouching facility available for making variety of pouches:
(a) Three side seal with and without zipper
(b) Centre seal with and without side gusset.
(c) Stand up pouch with and without zipper.
(d) Re-usable bag. Majorly used for 2 to 10 kg bags.
(e) D punch / Rope handle pouch.
(f) Perforated pouch. Sheet of 6 or more pouch., majorly used in Agarbatthi (incense stick)
(g) PVC Shrink Labels : printed labels for wrapping containers used for cosmetics / Mineral water etc.
(h) Woven sack bags, with handle stitched all three/four sides.
Slitting: High speed slitting with perfect winding.
Waxing: Wax and hot melt adhesive coating. Majorly used for confectionery and soap wrappers.
Extrusion Coating: Coating of LD / HD / PP for various applications.
Ink: We make our own ink to maintain the quality and shade.
