PROJECT 1:
IDEA-ERICSSON-ADA CELLWORKS from Bharti Maxtel Pvt. Ltd. in
Maharashtra
ROLE: RF Engineer.
Key Responsibilities:
Nominal cell planning for coverage & capacity
Hotspot of the region.
Conduct initial site surveys according to the nominal cell plan design.
Fire the best possible sector and to decide the height of GSM antenna.
Doing LOS Survey with existing tower (in plain, undulated and hilly
regions)
Determination of minimum MW Antenna height.

PROJECT 2 BPL from Bharti Maxtel Pvt. Ltd. In Mumbai
ROLE: RF Engineer.
Key Responsibilities:
Nominal cell planning for coverage & capacity
Conduct initial site surveys according to the nominal cell plan design.
Fire the best possible sector.
To decide the GSM Antenna tilt and height (Wall mount, Terrace Mount,
Para Mount, Delta mount) depending upon the surrounding clutter height.

PROJECT 3:
Perform DT for TATA DOCOMO & vendor (NSN) Jan-2010 to Feb 2012 in
Karnataka.

Drive Test & Optimization, To fnd the causes of the call drops blocked calls,
handof failures, excessive handof, poor quality, poor interferences etc.
Improving the identifed problems through hardware change, antenna change,
antenna refnement like down/up tilts, change orientation & radiation center
height. Addition of missing neighbors (which should be defned for handof).
To check the coverage of radio cell & compare it with coverage prediction. Verify
the down-link parameters e.g. Rx level, Rx quality, c/i, A/c , etc. defned by the
operator planner.

PROJECT 4 :
UNINOR - ALCATEL TOSHNIWAL PVT. LTD.
Worked on Reliance CDMA EVDO project (Delhi)
Drive Test on customer complaint & to fnd out appropriate solution
regarding complaint.
Doing CDMA EVDO data drive.
Clutter & Obstacle Analysis Of surroundings of the planned site.
