Quality Assurance:
Assurance and quality are equal function in quality management program. Our
assurance programs help identify areas of improvement, and lead to training programs. It
is designed to built quality into the process and product. Assurance teams use many tools
such as troubleshooting, monitoring of learning curves and fir product to process
capability.

#efore bulk production starts, $C randomly picks fabric for testing. !actory may start
cutting based on its internal pass test report. %esting in garment form is a must. !ollo&ing
are some test requirements from our customers'

Colorfastness properties tests e.g. colorfastness to laundering, perspiration,

in our generic procedure.
WOR)SPACE REQUIREMENTS:
A.%he &ork area should be &ell organi/ed at all times. Environment clean, dry and quiet.

C. Appropriate room temperature and light level should be maintained in inspection area.

ARMENT INSPECTION METHO":
All types of garments are inspected using clock&ise method. Clock&ise garment
inspection is a systematic procedure of inspecting garments to ensure that the garment
conforms to customer9s specifications. Inspectors are bound to follo& a :check list9
therefore it is highly unlikely that he,she might miss an irregularity.
