In consonance *ith the provisions of Republic !ct No+ ,-./0and its
Implementing Rules and Regulations, #he !nti%"ullying !ct of /-,1, the
school has come up *ith this set of policies to guide the school personnel,
the learners, and the e2ternal sta3eholders to be pr4cised at all times in their
actuations anchoring on the aforementioned la*+
,+ Every child should not be curtailed admission to school5classes due
to lac3 of or incomplete uniform+
/+ Pupils 5 &tudents are not allo*ed to leave their foot*ear outside the
classroom and
attend classes barefoot+
1+ No pupils are allo*ed to stay in the classrooms or *ithin the
premises of the school
after classes to help the teachers6 *or3+
7+ #eachers are prohibited to let pupils5students stay *ith them in the
teachers6 cottage
or in the school to coo3 food, fetch *ater, gather 8re*ood, *ash
dishes or clothes,
etc+
9+ Every child in school deserves respects+ $e5&he must be politely
called by name+
Name%calling or using moni3er *hich ridicules anyone in school is
strictly prohibited+
.+ Physical in:iction in any form is strictly prohibited+ #he o;ender has
to be dealt *ith
accordingly based on the provision of the Pupil5&tudent $andboo3 of
the school+
0+ 'ncouth remar3s or slanderous statement against any pupil
resulting to undue
emotional distress is prohibited+
<+ 'ploading pictures of anybody *ithout permission from the
concerned pupil5student
using electronic means is strictly prohibited+
=+ &ending messages through the use of technology or any electronic
means *hich
humiliates, intimidates, or harass anyone is not allo*ed in school+

,-+ It is a must for the school to conduct to the sta3eholders the anti%
bullying policies
at the start of every school year+
,,+ No pupil *ill be brought to a contest or any DepEd activity outside
the school
*ithout the *ritten consent of the parents+
,/+ >orcing a pupil 5 student to participate in any school activity that is
contrary to his
religious or tribal practice5s is strictly prohibited+
,1+ &cholastic records and other pertinent data of every learner, must
be treated *ith
utmost con8dentiality+ &chool authorities must not divulge any
record or personal
account of pupil *ithout follo*ing o?ce procedures 5 policies+
,7+ Every school must have separate comfort rooms for boys and girls+
Comfort room
*ithin the classroom must be opened to all pupils+ It must not
be e2clusively
utili@ed by the teacher+
,9+ Every classroom teacher is strictly prohibited to sell snac3 items
and school supplies
in his class+ #he school must have a functional canteen
operating based on the
DepED rules and procedures+
,.+ Every teacher, *ith the help of the homeroom P#! organi@ation,
must provide
potable *ater for the learners for free+ Drin3ing and *ashing
facilities must be
functional in every classroom+
