Terms oI the Agreement
The client named above agrees to purchase advertising space in The
Eagle`s Eye newspaper, the Aerie yearbook and www.akinseaglespublica-
tions.com with the size indicated on the order Iorm.
This Contract Constitutes An Agreement between the client and the pub-
lication named herein. The client agrees to provide either a camera-ready
advertisement or the art and copy necessary to create an advertisement.
The publications require color art and copy be submited.
To qualiIy Ior the discounted rates, the client must agree to a specifc
combination price level indicated on the order Iorm.
The client is responsible Ior submitting all art and copy to the appropri-
ate publication adviser by the predesignated deadline to ensure the fnal
ad is published by time oI distribution.
The deadlines Ior placing advertisements are listed on the schedules to
the leIt.
Payments. Billed accounts are payable within 30 days oI the invoice
date. Ads that are not paid Ior may be pulled Irom the next scheduled
issue(s). Advertisers will receive tear sheets iI requested.
We Reserve The Right To ReIuse Advertising. The publications may
reIuse advertising which is deemed inappropriate Ior a high school publi-
cation.
