R=LE 178*anner of ma-ing application for Registration of Establishments:
(1) the application referre" to in sub8section (1) of section 7 shall be ma"e in

treasury receipt sho,ing payment of the fees for the registration of the
establishment

19 Circumstances in ,hich applicant for Registering may be reBecte":8 (1) If any
application for registration is not complete in all respects0 the registering officer
shall reCuire the principal employer to amen" the application so as to ma-e it
complete in all respects
(#) If the principal employer0 on being reCuire" by the registering officer to
amen" his application for registration0 omits or fails or fails to "o so0 the
registering officer shall reBect the application for registration
