Packing - Check List

We all know how difficult it can be to prepare for ILP. It can be so easy to simply forget a very important item that you will need while you are on your ILP.
Attire Guidelines by TCS,

Monday to Thursday
Gentlemen
Full sleeves formal shirts with a tie, formal trouser and a formal belt.
Footwear: Formal Shoes and Socks
Women
Salwar Kameez, Sarees, Formal Blouses/ Shirts with formal skirts.
Footwear: Formal Shoes and Sandals
Fridays
Gentlemen
Collar/Round neck t-shirts worn tucked in, half-sleeve shirts, corduroy pants, or jeans
Women
Corduroy pants, formal skirts, jeans, Short kurtas, collar/round neck t-shirts, shirts, blouses, cardigans.

Now, here I am trying to make a list of few things that we discussed on our facebook group.

A Positive Attitude,
Everyday Bag,
Medicine Kit (explained below),
Wrist Watch,
Alarm,

NOTE: Requisite Joining documents and certificates,click here

a. From TCS: Service Agreement between You and TCS.
b. From TCS: Affidavit Signed by Notary Public (Please dont give more than Rs. 30 for the signature).
c. From TCS: Surety Verification Form attested by the Bank.
d. From TCS: Medical Certificate of Fitness attested by a Registered Medical Practitioner.
e. From TCS: Acceptance of Joining.
f. Academic: Matriculation and Inter/Higher Secondary marksheets.
g. Academic: All semester marksheets of our BE Degree issued by Anna University.
h. Academic: Degree certificate/provisional certificate for BE Degree issued by our college.
i. Personal: Birth certificate issued by the concerned government authorities.
j. Personal: A valid passport (if any).
k. Personal: Offer letter and joining letter.
l. Personal: 12 passport size photographs.
m. Personal: Date of birth and other details of the person you would like to nominate for Gratuity, Superannuation, Provident Fund and Health Insurance Scheme.
n. Personal: Permanent Account Number (PAN) Card copy.
o. Personal: National Skills Registry (NSR) Card copy.
p. Personal: Income Tax returns, Form 16 of Surety, (if salaried).
q. Personal: Driving License (optional)
Irons are not allowed
Yours MEDICINE KIT may have:
Copy of yours medical prescription,
Antibiotic cream,
Anti-diarrheal medication,
Band-Aids,
Crocin or some for cold,
ENO/ Antacid,
Pain reliever,
Prescription medicines,
Small scissor
and many more in comments...
