To be the best instructor I can be; to instill my knowledge as a Cosmetologist to the future Cosmetologists
of the world with a positive attitude while creating an environment where students want to learn. My goal is
to produce Quality Students, not a Quantity of students.

Q U A L I F I C A T I O N S

I have over 40 years of professional experience in all aspects of the Cosmetology field, including 14 years+
Instructor experience. I have the knowledge and experience in putting together a Cosmetology school
department on a bare bones budget in a crunched time period meeting all State Boards rules and
regulations.

I am a diligent worker, always eager and willing to acquire higher education for myself, to better myself and
pass the knowledge along. I am familiar with Texas Department of Licensures and Regulations, Ive
attended Operator Exam Seminars, Operator Revision Conferences, attend (and spokesperson) at TDLR
Cosmetology Advisory meetings, and by invitation-only, sat on a TDLR Summit meeting to represent and
be spokesperson for all Community Colleges in Texas.

Some of the programs I have knowledge in are Microsoft Excel, Word, Webpage, Powerpoint, ZogoTech,
Blackboard, Salon Pro, Discovery Pro, and Campus Connect. What I dont know, I am willing to learn.

student progress; Advise Student; Recruit and Enroll students each semester; Create Syllabi, Lesson
