ER USA is the U.S. subsidiary of the Emmi Groupe, a $3.2B Swiss company. ER USA product portfolio
consists of Specialty Cheeses and Dairy (Yogurt) products with annual revenues of $229MM.

CEO and President 2012 to present
Set and maintain strategic direction of Emmi Roth USA ensuring consistency with parent company objectives.
Work with the Emmi Groupe Executive Committee and other management to establish long range plans, goals
and policies. Full P & L responsibility.
Revenue acceleration of 15% in 2013 and +9% in 2012
EBITDA growth of 269% to $3.4MM in 2013 - 2012 EBITDA growth to 0.9MM, a $5.1MM improvement
versus 2011
Sales occurred in Retail, Club, Mass, Foodservice, Drug and C-Store channels.
Strategic initiatives in 12 and 13 included:
-Continued advancement of culture change -Implement a company-wide ERP system
-Constructed $42MM Cheese production facility -Introduced milk hedging into the organization

Managed a staff of four direct reports for a business totaling $68MM. Revenues increased 7% in 08 and 6%
in 09
Designed and introduced sales reporting, sales policies, broker, trade fund and expense management
procedures and guidelines into the organization generating better awareness of business status and a more
efficient go to market process


The Dannon Company, White Plains, NY 1998-2007
US subsidiary of Groupe Danone, $17B Paris based company- Dannon had yogurt sales of $1.2B.

Sr. Director of Away From Home Sales 2006- 2007
Provided strategic leadership for Foodservice business which generated $93MM in revenues. Managed a team
of 27 employees with five direct reports
Foodservice included National Accounts, Business and Industry, QSR, C Store, School, Colleges and
Universities, GPOs, Hospitals and Lodging
Accountable for full P & L results as well as all Human Resource activity
Improved profits by 14% in 06 and 10% in 07, net sales grew 10% in 06 and 8% in 07
The team successfully launched Dannons first product into the Quick Service Restaurant channel at Subway

Director of Retail Sales East 2003 - 2005
Charged with developing and executing yogurt sales strategies for the Dannon Company's retail business in
the Northeastern United States. $202 million in sales with a staff of 12 employees with four direct reports
and broker network providing in store work.

Sales Planning and Operations Director 2001-2003
Newly created position. Developed and implemented the sales planning, communications and operations
activities of the Dannon retail sales force. Managed nine team members with three direct reports.
Recipient of Dannon "Special Recognition" award in 2002 from Vice-President of Sales

Charged with developing go to market system to place Dannon in all non-traditional food outlets

Led Sales Accountabilities for Kansas City region with revenues of $15MM. Managed six brokers.

Held Positions of increasing responsibility within the Retail class of trade for a $1 billion organization. Product
categories were center store based and featured such brands as Chef Boyardee, Pam Cooking Spray, Guldens
