VALVOLE TERMOSTATICHE - CERTIFICAZIONE EN 215
Le valvole termostatiche rendono ogni locale autonomo, consentendo una propria regolazione di temperatura, quindi
un elevato comfort e un notevole risparmio energetico come richiesto da normative nazionali e internazionali.
La temperatura del locale regolata da un termostato posto allinterno della testata, attraverso il quale viene modulato
il flusso dacqua calda in entrata nel corpo scaldante. possibile limitare il campo di regolazione della temperatura,
oppure bloccare la manopola su un valore stabilito (vedi relative istruzioni di montaggio e regolazione). Le varie tipo-
logie di valvole termostatiche da noi prodotte consentono di essere utilizzate in ogni situazione, anche quelle con
particolari esigenze tecnico-logistiche (es. vicinanza di fonti di calore, luoghi angusti o difficili da raggiungere, ecc..).
Le testate termostatiche da noi prodotte sono divise in 3 tipologie: le T 1000 con termostato ad espansione di cera,
le serie T 3000 e T 5000 con termostato ad espansione di liquido. Le valvole termostatiche della serie 2000, sia a
semplice regolazione sia con vitone con preregolazione del KV N (normale), sono certificate secondo la norma EN 215
ed HD 1215 per le tipologie previste dalla serie F. Per informazioni pi dettagliate circa linstallazione e lutilizzo delle
valvole termostatiche si consiglia di consultare il foglio esplicativo contenuto nellimballo delle medesime.
THERMOSTATIC VALVES - EN 215 CERTIFICATION
Use of thermostatic valves renders each room independent, with its own temperature adjustment, giving therefore
more comfort and allowing considerable energy savings as required by national and international standards.
The temperature of the room is regulated by a thermostat inside the head which controls the delivery of hot water to
the heating body. The range of temperature adjustment can be limited, or the hand knob can be locked on a preset
value (see relative instructions for assembly and adjustment). The various types of thermostatic valves that we pro-
duce can be used in every situation, even those with special technical-logistic features (ex. close to sources of heat,
restricted spaces or difficult to reach, etc). The thermostatic heads we produce are available in 3 ranges: T1000 with
wax expansion thermostat and T3000/T5000 with liquid expansion thermostat. The thermostatic valves in the series
2000 with simple regulation headwork and with KV adjustment type N (normal) headwork are certified to standards
EN 215 and HD 1215 for types included in the F series. For more detailed information on how to install and use the

Les robinets thermostatiques rendent chaque pice autonome, ils permettent un rglage de leur temprature, donc
un confort lev et une conomie nergtique importante comme cela est requis par les normes nationales et inter-
nationales.
La temprature de la pice est rgle par un thermostat plac lintrieur de la tte, travers lequel le flux deau
chaude est modul en entre dans le corps chauffant. Il est possible de limiter la plage de rglage de la temprature
ou bien de bloquer la poigne sur une valeur tablie (voir les instructions suivre relatives au montage et aux rglages).
Les diffrentes typologies de robinets thermostatiques produits par notre entreprise permettent dtre utiliss dans
toutes les situations, mme dans celles ayant des exigences technique-logistiques particulires (par ex. la proximit
aux sources de chaleur, des endroits troits ou difficiles atteindre etc.). Nos ttes thermostatiques sont disponibles
en trois variantes: les ttes T 1000 fournies avec un thermostat expansion de cire y les T 3000 y T 5000 avec
un thermostat expansion de liquide. Les robinets thermostatiques de la srie 2000 avec insert thermostatique
rglage simple et avec insert thermostatique avec pr-rglage du KV N (normal), sont certifis selon la norme EN 215
et HD 1215 pour les typologies prvues de la srie F. Pour avoir des informations plus dtailles en ce qui concerne

THERMOSTATVENTILE - EN 215 ZERTIFIZIERUNG
Durch Thermostatventile knnen die Rume unabhngig voneinander geheizt werden, da man fr jeden die Temperatur
einzeln einstellen kann. Dies bedeutet mehr Komfort und eine deutliche Energieersparnis, wie sie durch nationale und
internationale Bestimmungen vorgesehen ist.
Die Raumtemperatur wird mit Hilfe eines Thermostats im Innern des Kopfes geregelt, durch das die in den Heizkrper
flieende Warmwassermenge gesteuert wird. Es ist mglich, den Temperatur-Regelbereich zu begrenzen oder den
Drehknopf bei einem festgelegten Wert zu blockieren (siehe entsprechende Montage- und Einstellanleitungen).
Die verschiedenen von uns hergestellten Thermostatventile eignen sich fr jede Situation, auch wenn besondere
technischen oder logistischen Anforderungen vorliegen (z. B. eine in der Nhe gelegene Wrmequelle, enge und
schwer zugngliche Rume usw.). Die von uns hergestellten Kpfe sind in 3 Ausfhrungen verfgbar: T1000 mit
Wachsausdehnung und T3000 / T5000 mit Flssigkeitsausdehnung. Die Thermostatventile der Serie 2000 mit
Reguliervorrichtung zur Einfachregelung und mit Reguliervorrichtung zur KV-Voreinstellung N (normal) sind nach der
Norm EN 215 zertifiziert bzw. HD 1215 fr die Ventiltypen der Serie F. Fr genauere Informationen zur Installation und

VALVOLE TERMOSTATIZZABILI
Le valvole termostatizzabili servono allintercettazione e alla regolazione dei corpi scaldanti e possono essere equipag-
giate con testa termostatica, testa elettrotermica e testa manuale.
Sono fornite con un cappuccio di protezione che salvaguarda la filettatura, consente la completa chiusura della valvola
durante il collaudo dellimpianto e permette la taratura dellalzata nominale.
Tutti gli inserti termostatici sono ispezionabili e lo-ring di tenuta dellastina inox sostituibile in caso di necessit, ad
impianto funzionante.

THERMOSTATICALLY CONTROLLED VALVES
These thermostatically controlled valves are used to intercept and regulate the heating bodies and can be fitted with
a thermostatic, electro-thermal or manual head.
These are covered by a protective cap to safeguard the thread, for complete valve closure during testing and calibra-
tion of the rated rise.
All the thermostatic inserts can be inspected and the o-ring seal on the stainless steel rod can be replaced when
necessary, even when the system is in function.

ROBINETS THERMOSTATISABLES
Les robinets thermostatisables servent intercepter et rgler les corps chauffants et ils peuvent tre quips dune
tte thermostatique, lectrothermique ou manuelle.
Ils sont fournis avec un capuchon de protection qui prserve le filetage, permet la fermeture complte du robinet au

THERMOSTATVENTILE
Die Thermostatventile dienen zur Steuerung und Regelung der Heizkrper und knnen mit Thermostat-Kopf, elek-
trothermischem Kopf und Manuell-Kopf ausgerstet werden.
Sie verfgen ber eine Schutzkappe, die das Gewinde schtzt und die vollstndige Schlieung des Ventils whrend
der Prfung der Anlage gestattet und die Kalibrierung des Nominal-Anhubs ermglicht.
Bei Bedarf knnen auch whrend des Betriebs der Anlage smtliche thermostatischen Einsatzstcke geprft werden
und der O-Ring des Stiftes aus rostfreiem Stahl ausgetauscht werden.

VALVOLE TERMOSTATIZZABILI CON KV REGOLABILE
Queste valvole termostatizzabili sono dotate di un dispositivo di limitazione del flusso, ossia un sistema a doppia regola-
zione che attraverso un selettore a foro calibrato a sei posizioni determina la portata massima al corpo scaldante anche
a valvola completamente aperta, cio quando funziona con testa termoelettrica o con testa manuale.
Le valvole a doppia regolazione possono alloggiare due tipi di selettore: tipo N (normale) certificate secondo la norma
EN 215 ed HD 1215 per le tipologie previste dalla serie F e tipo F (fine).
Il tipo N permette la regolazione del KV da 0,1 a 0,6; il tipo F da 0,045 a 0,32.
Le stesse lettere contraddistinguono i relativi codici darticolo, es.:
VD2101N valvole con inserto regolabile tipo N (Cappuccio di protezione di colore nero),
VD2101F valvole con inserto regolabile tipo F (Cappuccio di protezione di colore rosso).
Tutti gli inserti termostatici sono ispezionabili e lo-ring di tenuta dellastina inox sostituibile in caso di necessit, ad impian-

THERMOSTATICALLY CONTROLLED VALVES WITH ADJUSTABLE KV
These thermostatically controlled valves are provided with a flow-limiting device, more precisely a double adjustment system
which, by means of a 6-position gauged hole selector, determines maximum delivery to the heating body even when the valve is
completely open, that is when it functions with a thermo-electric or manual head.
The double adjustment valves can house two types of selector: type N (normal) certified to standards EN 215 and HD 1215 for
types included in the F series and type F (fine).
Type N is used to regulate the KV between 0.1 and 0.6; type F between 0.045 and 0.32.
The same letters distinguish the relative article codes, e.g.:
VD2101N valves with N type adjustable insert (Black protection cap),
VD2101F valves with F type adjustable insert (Red protection cap).

ROBINETS THERMOSTATISABLES AVEC KV REGLABLE
Ces robinets thermostatisables sont quips dun dispositif de limitation du flux, cest--dire dun systme rglage
double qui par lintermdiaire dun slecteur trou calibr six positions, dtermine le dbit maximum au corps chauf-
fant mme quand le robinet est compltement ouvert, cest--dire quand il fonctionne avec la tte thermolectrique
ou avec la tte manuelle.
Les robinets rglage double peuvent loger deux types de slecteur: type N (normal) certifi selon la norme EN 215

TERMOSTATVENTILE MIT EINSTELLBAREM KV
Diese Thermostatventile verfgen ber eine Vorrichtung zur Durchflussbegrenzung, d. h. ein System mit doppelter
Einstellung, das durch einen auf sechs Stellen kalibrierten Loch-Schalter den maximalen Durchfluss zum Heizkrper
festlegt, und dies auch bei vollkommen geffnetem Ventil, d. h. wenn es mit Thermostat-Kopf oder manuellem Kopf
luft. Die Ventile mit doppelter Einstellung knnen zwei Typen von Schaltern haben: Typ N (normal), die nach den
Normen EN 215 und HD 1215 fr die von Serie F vorgesehenen Ausfhrungen zertifiziert sind, und Typ F (fein).
Typ N ermglicht die Einstellung des KV von 0,1 bis 0,6; Typ F von 0,045 bis 0,32.
Die Buchstaben N und F kennzeichnen auch die entsprechenden Artikel-Code, z. B.:
