My apologies for the intrusion but I had forgotten that I had a copy of the
email exchange I referenced and thought you should have it too. As previously
advised, Alyson sent an email to Mark and Suzy because she knew I had her
blocked. As you can see, its cryptic, shows multiple delivery failures appears
to be several messages put together in no particular order, and they simply
didnt know what she wanted as confirmed by Suzys response. It speaks volumes
about her credibility that she told the !ourt she and "eth sent emails to me
when in fact she knew they were blocked and she sent this to Mark and Suzy.
Indicative of her behaviors, when Suzy challenged her, she made accusations
about Suzy.
I am also looking for the cruel email she sent to my brother inviting him to
#hanksgiving. $ather than using her email address, she logged on to my deceased
mothers account and sent from there. %hen my brother opened his inbox, he had
an email from our mother who had died &' months earlier. It should be noted
that my brother has had heart problems and had a heart attack so severe in ('')
that he was put in a comatose state for several days.

and Mike ,ltringham is the husband of one of Alysons on and off friends.

sub2ect myself to their behaviors. If Alyson told Marcia that she would notify
me, she told her that in bad faith. If she and "eth actually sent emails in
('&&, I did not see them because their emails were blocked and they were fully
aware of that. #here was no 7twisting7 as Alyson alleges. Marcias emails were
forwarded 2ust as they were received. In ('&( when Marcia contacted me, I
edited to delete the portion that referenced the matter with respect to her
family. #he alterations are clearly marked. I suspect Alyson and "eth have lied
to Marcia about advising me in ('&&. !learly, Alyson lied under oath.

0 It should be noted that I subse8uently became aware that Alyson did send an
email about Marcia to my brother and sister about telling me to do something but
it was so cryptic that they didnt know what it was about. My understanding is
that Suzy and Alyson had an exchange of words with Suzy telling Alyson she
talked in riddles and if she wanted to tell me something, she needed to tell me,
not her. Alyson did have my mailing address and could have sent a letter.

correspondence to and from the 4.S. +ostal Inspector. Also, the police officer
found the evidence credible enough to file a disorderly conduct report against

ex-husband certainly found it credible and had words with Beth that left enough
of an impression that it stopped for awhile, except for a few stragglers. It
began again after I had been in New Albany for just over months, shortly after
I made the mista!e of using my return address on a mailing to my father. I
enjoyed some peace and "uiet for the months that they did not !now where I
lived. #hen it began again, I simply started forwarding them to either $swalt
or %horp with the notation you enable her, you deal with her. It should be noted
that this activity,for the sole purpose of harassing me, coincided with the
conference call with $swalt and %horp of &'(&)(**, which was recorded and
portions are included in the videos. Alyson lied under oath and told the +ourt
I was sending them to myself, which is absolutely ridiculous and indicative of
her troubled mind and evil behaviors. It also should be noted that she told
people that she met with $swalt and %horp to prepare her testimony in the
,ran!lin +ounty +ourt. It is rather odd that the -ic!ing +ounty .rosecutor
would be involved in a civil matter before a ,ran!lin +ounty +ourt B/% when
$swalt0s buddy filed a false petition against me, he posted on ,aceboo! that he
had met with the prosecuting attorney. As I shared with 1udge 2arcelain and the
+ommissioners, it is problematic for the prosecutor to be using his office in
that manner.

you again unless it is a matter of response.
