but I guess relaxing and keeping my mind diverted to other things can lead to its

argumentation on the specific topics that are to be learned.
And the analytical subjects are evaluated through a lively arguments or debates and think

He said that may be the answer to this question varies according to every individual. As no one is
the same, everyone has a different nature. He replied to this question as follows.
Effect on studies
Co-curricular activities can have or cannot have an effect on studies. The effect on studies could
be positive or negative. If you manage your studies side by side then definitely co-curricular
activities would have a positive impact on studies and if you do not manage your studies then
definitely co-curricular activities would have a negative impact on studies.
Effect on Career
Co-curricular activities have a strong impact on career. The more you participate the more you
would achieve which would ultimately be beneficial for career. Co-curricular activities make out

Knowledge Sharing
The main objective of knowledge sharing is that the right knowledge can be available for the
right person at the right time.
Knowledge can either be shared through platforms of knowledge sharing or tools of knowledge
sharing.
Platforms of knowledge sharing- by platforms we mean face to face interactions and exchange of
ideas and getting feedbacks.
Platforms of knowledge sharing include:
Peer Assistance
After action Review
Story telling
Mentoring and coaching
Knowledge Fairs
Video sharing etc.
Tools of knowledge sharing- By tools we mean websites or software that can be used to support
personal and group knowledge sharing.
Tools of knowledge sharing include:
ERP ( Enterprise Resource Planning
Content Management
Portals
Web logs/Social networking/Blogs
K-logs
Wikis

*Knowledge could be shared through any technique mentioned above in the platforms and
tools of knowledge sharing. More than one technique can also be used.*
I would be choosing the technique of Web logs/Social networking/Blogs for the sharing of
knowledge I captured from the tools of knowledge sharing.
The reason for choosing the tool instead of platform is that platforms often cost high with a
limited audience. Tools cost less, are easily available to large number of audience.

The reason for specifically choosing the tool of web logs/blogs is because:
Good for- Individuals or teams to assist in managing the project or data shared.
How to do- An accessible record of developments or actions is to be undertaken and kept
updated on a regular and frequent basis.
Output/what you can do with it- Blogs can be used as a resource while project or data shared is
underway. They can be used to elicit and offer help and it can be used as a resource in future as
basis for documentation, to extract best practice, to enable people to be contacted for
advice/consultation on similar projects
With every technique whether it is of platform or tool there definitely lay some pros and
cons.
With blogs the cons faced are few and manageable if sincerely worked out.
Con for blogs-
Needs to be kept regularly updated.
Blogs can be difficult to search/find/extract relevant, useful information
