The author would like to express her heartfelt gratitude to the following persons who
in one way or another extended their support in the accomplishment of this student
narrative report.
To all the instructors of technology department of ESSU - Guiuan Campus, for all the
knowledge they imparted.
To the company of PPM Transport in Brgy. 69 Tacloban City for her patient.
To her cooperating Mr. Frederick Costales Safety Officer, Mr. Mabini Nono the chief
mechanic and Mr. Porpereo Malaki the general manager of PPM Transport in Tacloban City
also the newly manager of OJT. They give inspiration to her to continue fighting the
difficulties that he encounter.
To her parents who are always behind her morally and financially.
And above all, to Almighty God for being the source of hope and determination ,
strength to face all the challenges in life.












INTRODUCTION
This Narrative Report covers my First and Second Semester Activities I have
experienced in my field of specialization I have entered as OJT. That added more significant
Ideas, Skills and Knowledge and Techniques as an automotive mechanic student.
All those things will remain in my mind and will surely guide me to become a
successful one.













NARRATION OF EXPERIENCES
PPM Transport Petroleum bulk and package carrier a business that hauls flammable
product to Leyte and Samar Region manage by Mr. Porpereo P. Malaki. Before we start our
training were inducted about safely while at work area and the hazard Petroleum products
towards environment and to our health once mishandle. During our training were engine
troubles shooting. Repair of under chassis that includes pull out and installation of
differential and transmission of engine likewise discussion of potential incidents before the
job starts.
To be successful automotive mechanic, I must master all the significant knowledges,
skills and proper techniques earned during my studies and OJT so that I will have all the
confidence and be able to apply all those skill and techniques I missed during my studies was
being refreshed mastered and applied during my on the job training. Those learned skills
equipped me theoretically and actually.





EVALUATION OF EXPERIENCE
A. PROBLEM ENCOUNTERED

The only problem I met was insufficient allowance that sometimes hinders my
OJT. But I never gave up instead I strive harder to face those problems as challenges in
my life.

B. CONCLUSION

Trainees if properly guided with all the significant informations, and equipped
with all the necessary skills in their field of specialization will not be hesitant to look
for a company where to apprentice. He will have all the confidence and never be
afraid to face whatever challenge comes. He must crave for more new ideas and
discover new techniques if possible.

C. SUGGESTION, REACTION AND RECOMMENDATION

Through my experiences, I would suggest that the school must provide all the
necessary automotive mechanic tools and introduce its uses to familiarize the
students before sending to real field of training.
