Please find below a brief explanation of each item INCLUDED into
Your Chief Instructor Package:

- TEACHING LICENCE: You are granted a licence to teach Urban X (Self Defence Adults
Program) providing you comply with the PRO-IDP USA Agreement.
This will also include your licence to teach SD KEP (Self Defence KIDS Program) BUT ONLY IF
you attend and complete successfully the SD KEP Instructor course (FREE OF CHARGE for
Active Instructors).


- INSTRUCTOR TRAINING:
o URBAN X: You will receive specific Instructor training to learn the Urban X Program;
this program will be delivered in a total of 3 training days/year in USA.
o SD KEP: You will receive specific Instructor training to learn the SD KEP Program.
o FREE ACCESS to EXTRA INSTRUCTOR TRAINING all over the World:
On top of the Instructor training in USA you will be able to attend COMPLETELY FREE
OF CHARGE any of the KFM Instructor training weekends (relevant to your level) all
over the World organised by KFM Corporation Ltd.
o FREE ACCESS to the KFM WORLD CONFERENCE: As you know this is the biggest
and most prestigious KFM event of the year, normally held in Spain during the month
of October. As an Active Instructor if you attend the Conference you will have FREE
ACCESS to:
All the Urban X Instructor Training relevant to your level
SD KEP Instructor training
All OPEN WORKSHOPS

At the World Conference you will also be able to attend, upon payment of the relevant
discounted Instructor fee, the Urban Weapons Instructor certification Course and/or the

- INSTRUCTOR CERTIFICATION and PROMOTION

o INSTRUCTOR CERTIFICATE: Upon payment of your yearly License you will receive a
certificate to prove you are an authorized Instructor and you can officially teach the
Urban X and SD KEP Programs and sell related products. On successful completion of
each phase exam you will also receive an upgraded Instructor Certificate.
o PROMOTION: You will have two personal pages within the official KFM website,

You will receive a very comprehensive collection of visual and literal information which will help
you develop and reach a very high personal level of training in the full Urban X syllabus.
Moreover this unique package will be an amazing support for your teaching as you will
receive phase by phase exclusive instructor material which will guide you step by step through
the program and clarify all the doubts, answer all the questions; this will give you a much deeper
understanding of the program itself and the teaching methods necessary in order to transmit
this information to your students in a legible and professional manner.

o URBAN X VIDEOS: Free online access across 3 years (Phase 1, Phase 2, Phase 3) to
the complete Urban X syllabus on video via the KFM ONLINE UNIVERSITY, a total of
120 videos from White to Black grade level 1 (Urban X Home Study Program);
o CLASS MAPS: Together with the videos you will be able to download across the 3
years a total of 120 class maps + 6 student Black grade templates which reflect the
contents of the Urban X video-classes;
o IN-DEPTH URBAN X INSTRUCTOR VIDEOS: these are a total of 6 advanced
explanation videos (3 for Phase 1 and 3 for Phase 2, one to cover each grade White to
Brown), that will give you a much better understanding of the entire Urban X training
process at a professional instructor level. These videos contain restricted
information which IS NOT AVAILABLE ONLINE or to the public;
o BLACK GRADE INSTRUCTOR videos: This is an entire set of in-depth and advanced
Scenario training videos exclusive for Phase 3 Instructors. These videos contain
restricted information which IS NOT AVAILABLE ONLINE or to the public;
o URBAN X TEACHING MANUALS: You will receive a Professional Instructor Manual
for EACH GRADE which will take you page by page through all the HOWS and WHYS
of training and teaching of every single part of each class of the Urban X Program.
o STUDENT GRADING INDEXES: You will also receive a Student Grading Index for each
grade which will help your students to get ready for their exams;
o SD KEP MANUALS*: These manuals explain in a clear and simple format the full Self
Defence Kids Educational Program;
o KEP TEACHING MANUALS*: These manuals will take you page by page through all
the HOWS and WHYS of educating Children through the Martial Arts;
o SD KEP KIDS BOOKS*: You will receive all the templates for childrens training books
which will allow each child and his/her parents to learn more about your school and
the Educational Program you are teaching; these books will also help you to keep a
record of the progression in their training, learning and behaviour.

o SALES OF Urban X and SD KEP Programs: You will be officially authorised to
promote and teach The Urban X and SDKEP Programs within your schools for your
personal gain.
o SALES OF BRANDED PRODUCTS: You will receive a special TRADE PRICE on all our
branded products (specific conditions on minimum purchase apply in each country)
and you will be authorised to promote and sell them within your schools for your
personal gain (you can ONLY sell KFM items and merchandize produced by OFFICIAL
KFM Representatives or by KFM Corporation Ltd).
o STUDENT GRADUATION FEES: You will be authorized to teach and graduate your
students and retain the full income (your students must activate their yearly
membership in order to take their exam).

admin area that has been specifically created for you, the KFM Instructor. In this
private admin area you will have the possibility to control and manage your schools
and all of your students and their relevant information. You will have the possibility to
send bulk emails to your students as well as view, edit and manage all memberships
and subscriptions. This new area is there for YOU, it is designed to help make your life
a little easier when it comes to the admin side of things.

KFM PRO IDP USA-LEVEL 1: THE STRUCTURE
PHASE 1, PHASE 2 and PHASE 3

The PRO-IDP is the KFM Professional Instructor Development Program.
The Program taught is the revolutionary Urban X street application training program.
The First Level of the Urban X Professional Instructor Development Program is divided into
three phases of learning (Phase 1, Phase 2 and Phase 3), which will take you all the way to the
Black Grade Level 1. Both the technical information and the concepts and principles are
presented in a clear and simple form, with the objective to give to each person, straight from the
beginning, a good confidence to transmit to the students.
Pro IDP Phase 1 (Year 1): The first phase of training studies the following programs:
WHITE
YELLOW
ORANGE
As you start your journey on Phase 1 you will be recognized as Chief Instructor in Practice. On
successful completion of the first phase exam you will be certified as Chief Instructor Year 1.
Pro IDP Phase 2 (Year 2): The second phase of training studies the following programs:
GREEN
BLUE
BROWN
On successful completion of the second phase exam you will be certified as Chief Instructor Year 2.
Pro IDP Phase 3 (Year 3): The third phase of training studies and investigates:
THE FULL BLACK GRADE PROGRAM LEVEL 1
On completion of the third phase you will be assessed and (if your level is up to the task!) you will
receive your BLACK GRADE LEVEL 1 recognition and you will be certified as Chief Instructor year 3.
*NOTE: Instructors active on Phase 3 will be authorized to teach up to the Black grade level 1 and
to grade up to the Brown Grade of the Urban X Program. Black Grade Exams of any level can only
be tested by the Founders themselves or Ambassadors appointed by them.



On completion of the PRO IDP LEVEL 1 and upon achievement of the Black grade Level 1 and the
title of CHIEF INSTRUCTOR YEAR 3, you will be able to continue your journey and progress to the
PRO IDP LEVEL 2 by joining the ELITE group.

KFM PRO IDP USA-LEVEL 1: THE DELIVERY SYSTEM
PHASE 1, PHASE 2 and PHASE 3

You will have a minimum of 12 training days in your country for each Phase.
During these training days you will have the chance to train and learn in-depth all the work
relevant to your level for the Urban X (Self Defence Adults Program); on completion of this
intensive course you will be authorized to start teaching, so you will have the chance to recover
some of your investment right from the beginning.

On top of this you will also have the chance to join COMPLETELY FREE OF CHARGE any
INSTRUCTOR TRAINING WEEKEND organised by KFM Corporation Ltd all around the World.

Last but not least if you attend the prestigious KFM World Conference (the biggest KFM event of
the year, normally held in Spain during the month of October) you will have FREE ACCESS to:
All the Urban X Instructor Training relevant to your level
SD KEP Instructor training
All OPEN WORKSHOPS

At the World Conference you will also be able to attend, upon payment of the relevant
discounted Instructor fee, the Urban Weapons Instructor certification Course and/or the DnR

KFM PRO IDP USA- LEVEL 1: FINANCIAL INVESTMENT
PHASE 1, PHASE 2 and PHASE 3

The Chief Instructor Yearly License fee (Phase 1, Phase 2, Phase 3) is:
3000USD/year: only for USA and CANADA

This yearly fee, like in any other product licensing agreement, represents the payment for your
TEACHING LICENSE FOR A FULL YEAR and gives you the right to teach The Urban X and the SD
KEP programs and sell related branded products.
The payment of Your Yearly License also includes and gives you FREE access to all the training
and support items of the USA CHIEF INSTRUCTOR PACKAGE, as described above.

KFM PRO IDP USA: THE ON HOLD POSITION

What does ON HOLD mean?
Being ON HOLD means that you can MAINTAIN your current Instructor Level for an extra year
before progressing to the next one.

We all know that in life things dont always go as planned and we wish to re-assure you that our
MAIN GOAL is to try and make you feel as comfortable as we can within our business relation
and look after you and your schools as best we can.

If during your Journey as a KFM Instructor you have to face a HARD TIME you dont need to GIVE
UP your passion! You can maintain your Instructor position ON HOLD for an agreed period
(maximum one year) and pick up again from where you left off once your problems are solved.

When can an Instructor be ON HOLD?
Normally Instructors may need to take ONE YEAR ON HOLD for one of these reasons:
- HEALTH PROBLEMS: it may happen that you need to SLOW DOWN your training for a
certain period in order to recover after an injury or illness;
- FINANCIAL PROBLEMS: if for any unforeseen reasons your financial situation becomes
complicated you may have to readjust for a certain period the amount of money you can
invest in your education;
- PERSONAL PROBLEMS: these can be temporary problems connected with your family, your
working hours, your studies, ...
- TRAINING LEVEL: if for some reasons you have not been able to attend your Instructor
training and your level is not UP TO THE TASK, you may need some extra time to REPEAT the
same level before progressing to the next Phase;
NOTE: Nobody can just choose to be ON HOLD. The ON HOLD license is a VERY SPECIAL
POSITION that can only be applied for a maximum of one year in specific and genuine situations
(see explanations above) for already active Instructors who have completed at least the payment
of the Full Chief Instructor License for the first year.

What is the PRICE for the ON HOLD INSTRUCTOR PACKAGE?

What does the ON HOLD INSTRUCTOR PACKAGE include?
- TEACHING LICENSE with all the relevant rights: teaching, grading, sales, use of the KFM

- TRAINING: Chief Instructors ON HOLD will be able to attend/repeat all Instructor Training
relevant to their level (up to the latest certified achieved level). Elite Instructors ON HOLD
will be able to attend all Phase1, 2 and 3 training and SD KEP (NOT THE ELITE CAMP).
