I recently purchased a Vantage 4110 cordless system and I have found that when trying to
use the Intercom facility the ring tone to alert the person you wish to talk to is only just
audible.
Would you please be so kind as to ring me, or E-mail, me to advise how to increase the
volume of the ring tone when trying to call another handset? I was unable to locate in the
“Programme” any info about this problem!
Also, there does not appear to be a “Hands Free Speaker” facility as on the units as there is
on the MA760 units.

I wrote to you on the 12 September 2007 and to date have not even had the courtesy of a
reply.
Hopefully you have not all left your good manners and customer respect back in the 20th
century!!!!! It only requires one fone call or e-mail to answer my queries and I would be
most grateful for your co-operation in this matter.
I enclose a copy of said letter, in what appears now to be a vain hope that somebody in the
company will be good enough to acknowledge my first communication and even give me a
comprehensive reply.
I have no wish to be rude, but as you have blatantly ignored my missive, I feel justified in
writing in this manner in order to bring it home to you that it is customers who pay your
wages and not the Directors etc: of the company.
Perhaps I should go to the papers to expose your lack of that which is laughingly called
“Customer Care”?

Have carried out all that you advised in your email, l also followed the steps in the "Handbook"
regarding H/S Ringer volume setting.
However, as previously stated in my letter, the Volume on the HS Ringer is not loud enough to be
heard if there is "ambient noise" in the same room that one is trying to contact the wanted party.
Are there any plans to improve the volume from the present limited volume settings, so that the
speech and ring tones can be heard easily in a noisy environment?
The MA 760 Model was excellent, but sadly the Vantage Model is totally inadequate. i.e. "Not fit for
purpose" springs to mind!
Please advise soonest as to your future plans for this model, because if it would then be necessary to
have the units returned for modification, I for one would be only too willing to do so.

To increase the volume you press menu, down the hs ringer, press ok, ok again on volume, then up
key, you have off ,1,2,3, press ok to set.
This model does not have the speakerphone facility
