UAT 08-7 Reconcile Inventory Based On Samples Removed
Test Script Title Reconcile Inventory Based on Samples Removed

1. System must allow the ability to reconcile inventory based on samples removed for incoming raw material testing.
2. System must have the ability to assign the following role for users that are involved in the Receipt and Management of
Inventory related to functions such as planning and ordering, limiting access based on their position within the organization:
Test Objective
ZD_MMLO_STOREKEEPERS_1030.
3. System must have the ability to assign the following role for users that need basic stock information, limiting access based on
their position within the organization: ZD_MM00_REPORTING_USA.
1. All test objectives have been successfully verified such that “Actual Results or Result Location” match the “Expected Results”
Acceptance Criteria
with all deviations clearly defined, documented and resolved as per the UAT Test Plan.
1. Tester must have access to movement type 553. Tester must have access to the MIGO transaction.
2. Tester must have access to the Display Warehouse Stocks of Material page. Tester must have access to transaction code
MB52.
3. Tester must have the following roles: ZD_MMLO_STOREKEEPERS_1030 and ZC_RMS_QA_INVITRO and
ZD_MM00_REPORTING_USA.
4. “CRAB100” must exist as a material. This material must be a raw material and must be batch managed.
Prerequisites 5. An unexpired batch must exist for material “CRAB100”.
6. Inventory in Quality Inspection stock must exist for material “CRAB100”
7. “S01” must exist as a Storage Location.
8. “1030” must exist as a Plant.
9. “553” must exist as a Movement Type.
10. “21001” must exist as a Cost Center.
11. SAP must be set up for tester with the appropriate defaults as noted in the UAT Test Plan.
