KUMPULAI\ KARANGKRAF SDN. BHD.
We would like to thank you for the opportunity grven to us to introduce our Enerry Effrciency
('EE') product/solution for Kumpulan Karangkraf Sdn. Bhd. ('Karangkraf')
We wish to inform you that we are targeting 20o/o redtction of Karangkraf energy consumption
focusing on the electricaVmechanical equipments such as its various types of lightings, elecfical
motor equipments and air-conditioning system. Mensilin Holdings Sdn. Bhd. ("Mensilin") as an
Energy Services Company ('ESCO') is confident that our EE solution will provide Karangkraf
super economic and technical benefit in electricity consumption, maintenance of the equipments
and as well will increase the company's profit margin by reducing the cost of operation.
Our plans for Karangkraf are as follow:
l. Undertake detail Load/Demand Audit on the mechanicaVelectrical equipments by using the
most comprehensive and advance technolory power meastnement kit.
2. Identify actual EE solution for the mechanicaVelectrical equipments.
3. Photograph records of the mechanicaVelectrical equipments and provide a Demand Audit
Report on the exercise.
4. To provide economic and technical benefit for the deployment of EE on the entire
operation.
5. Decision by Karangkraf to proceed full deployment.
All the exercise detailed as above will be canied after we have been appointed by Karangkraf.
Mensilin has its Professional Charges due to the Energy Audit exercises. However, we ensure that
our charges will cost Karangkraf at minimum. At the first stage, we require some details and
equipments specification for us to estimate the potential savings for Karangkraf. The details are:
Twelve (12) consecutives month of electricity bills.
List of such as type of lighting and machine/motor complete with
Watt/kWiI{P.
