GENERAL CONDITIONS OF RENTAL SALES (CONTRACT)

Article 1: A rental of chalet, mobile home, caravan, or camping location, will only be taken into account and be
effective after the rental contract has been completed, and after payment to Aquadis Loisirs, where a deposit has
been asked for thereon. Article 2: The rental contract, the act of you signing said contract, shall commit you to
agreeing to all the general conditions of sale. Article 3: In no case may you renege on this contract.
Article 4: In case of termination of contract, the deposit will be kept, and the balance must be paid over as an
indemnity for termination of the contract. Article 5: The rental contract will state a precise date of arrival and
departure. Article 6: The rental contract shall commit the reserving party to pay all of his/her stay, even in case of
total or partial absence. Article 7: Any rental shall be under a fixed name, and can in no case be transferred, or the
subject of subletting. Article 8: The rental only becomes effective with our agreement, and after payment of a
deposit amount defined in the contract. Article 9: In the absence of a telegraphic message from the client, stating
that he/she has had to defer the date of his/her arrival, the rental location shall become available 24 h after the date
of arrival specified in the rental contract, and full payment of the services shall remain due. Telephone messages
cannot be allowed. Article 11: The total amount of the stay shall be payable in full on the day of arrival for
camping, and 30 days prior to your date of arrival for the rental of chalets, mobile homes and caravans. No reduction
will be granted in the case of late arrival or early departure. Article 12: For any modifications of stay dates, the
same location or same chalet, mobile-home or caravan, cannot be guaranteed. Article 13: All clients shall be bound
to abide by the rules of the site.

GENERAL CONDITIONS OF CANCELLATION INSURANCE


Article 1: The cancellation insurance is optional. Article 2: You can take out cancellation insurance by signing the
specified box in the rental contract. You will so agree to all of the general conditions given below. Article 3: The
cover amounts in the cancellation insurance contract correspond to an indemnity for terminating the rental contract
and can, in no case, exceed the total amount of the rental stay.
Article 4: For clients who don’t come/notify, or who make a refund request under the cover,
they must present supporting documents. Article 5: the cancellation cover shall cease to
apply upon the start of the rental, and cannot apply even for one of the following reasons.
Any stay started shall be due in full.
MECHANISM OF THE POLICY/CONTRACT
PRIOR TO YOUR DEPARTURE, if any of the following events occur: Grave illness or serious accident or
death with respect to yourself or your spouse (or declared partner), any of your ascendants, descendants,
son/daughter-in-law, death of a brother, sister, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, accident concerning your vehicle
and/or your caravan that occurs on the (direct) journey to reach the place of stay
YOU WILL BE REFUNDED: 80 % of the amount of rental excluding booking fees in case of an event occurring
between the date of reservation and the 30th day prior to the planned date of starting the reservation
• 80 % of the amount of rental excluding booking fees, in case of an event occurring less than 30 days prior to this date
DURING YOUR STAY: the cancellation cover shall cease to apply upon the start of rental, and cannot apply even
in case of existence of one of the above reasons. Any stay started shall be due in full.
EXCLUSIONS: incidents of claim caused by a foreign war, civil war, strike, nuclear or radioactive effects,
incidents caused intentionally by the Insured, suicide or attempted suicide by the Insured, accidents, illness or
death: that occur prior to the effective date of cover, consecutive to a poor/chronic state of health, affecting a
person aged more than 80 years, unless death occurs less than 5 days prior to the date of start of stay, nervous
depression leading to hospitalisation of less than 3 days
WHAT YOU MUST DO IN CASE OF AN INCIDENT OF CLAIM?
Within 24 hours, always notify the camping management as soon as you are aware of an event restricting your
departure. Notify AQUADIS Loisirs within 48 hours, and provide all necessary information and documents, in
particular a medical certificate stating the nature, origin, as also the gravity of the accident or illness, a copy of the
terms of your illness fund, a death certificate, …any proof of the event.
