FLOATING DRY DOCK

General Description
This floating dock is a solid pontoon type with maximum lifting
capacity of 6000MT.
The construction and equipment of the dock are designed in
accordance with GL rules and build under GL survey.
The dock is composed of a solid pontoon and side walls on pontoon
deck, safety deck and upper deck. The pontoon is divided into
eighteen (18) ballast tanks and one pump room at centreline, two
(2) longitudinal bulkheads and six (6) transverse bulkheads.
Dock is installed with four (4) 1200 m^/Hr. Ballasting pumps.
Dock is equipped with two (2) fixed pedestal cranes port and stbd
on upper deck. Tower crane, Potain MR 220B, boom length 50 M,
SWL 10T at 23.4M radius and 3.25T at 50M radius.
Dock is equipped with two (2) General Service pump/Bilge pump
capacity 60M^3/Hr. At 60 M head for fighting on the upper deck,
port & stbd and bilge suction in pump room and two auto start
bilge pump for port and stbd pump room.
