Maximus always participate in every task with his followers he also lead them with

Democratic and Consultative Leadership
Gracchus was a senator and elected by the kingdom public so we can say that
Gracchus was the democratic leader and he adopt the democratic leadership style
because he care of people and do for best for them. he know that Commodus is
dishonest and cunning as he said "He knows what Rome is he distracted people to hide
his illegal activities". Gracchus was also have consultative leadership style where he
consulates ideas and decisions with his colleagues senators and also with Lucilla and
Maximus.
