The following would need to be setup:

1. You can create a new or use the existed "User Category¨ value located on the lookup screen for the Type: "SOE_USER_CATEGORY¨
but the value enabled on it MUST be match with the value that located on system profile option  'PAY: Statement of Earnings User Category'

2.On the system profile option for profile name : 'PAY: Statement of Earnings User Category'  set the created "User Category¨ value to be on
(responsibility and site level)
3. On the Business Group level, click on others button then select "SOE lnformation¨ from pop-up menu called "Additional Organization
lnformation¨

On this ElT enter an "User Category¨ value .

PS. The value which was entered on this User Category should be the same as the system profile value (system profile option) for profile name :
'PAY: Statement of Earnings User Category' On (responsibility and site level)
4. For SOE lnformation ElT, select the values for Element1 and Element2  from the seeded or created element  set of the type :
"Customization Set¨ . This should show the element sets that hold Earnings and Deductions elements:
PS: Element1 should have the Earnings element set and Element2  should have the Deductions element set.
For Example for Saudi legislation l have USED the next SEEDED element set. that have Earnings and Deductions elements:
(SA_SOE_EARNlNGS_ELEMENTS and SA_SOE_DEDUCTlONS_ELEMENTS) .

5. For SOE lnformation ElT, enter value for lnformation1. The elements in the element set selected at lnformation1 will be displayed in the
lnformation Region.
6. For SOE lnformation ElT, enter value for Balance1. To be the seeded value : 'SA_SOE_BALANCE_ATTRlBUTES'.
The above seeded value should be set as attribute and linked to the Balance Dimension combination that is to be viewed on the SOE.
Steps:
On the Balance form definition screen go to your balance that you want to Display it then click on dimension then select Payments and payments
dimension then open attribute field and choose the seeded attribute 'SA_SOE_BALANCE_ATTRlBUTES' then go to field dimensions and choose
the same dimension as before that you selected in dimension button save and add it on "SOE Detail information¨

7. Similar to SOE lnformation, there is one more ElT. Called  'SOE Detail lnformation'. under Additional Organization lnformation pop-up menu
You can use this if the display name in the information region is to be changed.

8. After the setup is done the self-service listener and Apache server will need to be restarted with cash clear before checking the SOE.
