This pristine home on a small lot received several offers (4
total) and unfortunately while we had great terms and a 4
week close time-frame, our list price offer did not make the
cut and they accepted another offer.

$325k to $350k
We submitted an offer on this property a little over asking
price. The listing agent let us know that there were multiple
offers, and the next day she came back to us asking for our
final and best by the following morning. After some
discussion we decided to keep our offer at the price we
originally submitted. The next morning we were told we
had our offer accepted!
