THE FIRMS HISTORY AND COMMITMENT:

The firm is a collaboration of two (2) distinct legal practitioners in the United Arab
Emirates- Ms. Eman Musallam Al Riyami and Mr. Naser Muheyeldin, J.D.

From its modest inauguration, the firm has now over twenty (20) litigator lawyers,
consultants and advisors; in addition, it comprises of multitalented officers, paralegals and
administrative support staffs. With the firms composition, it faithfully assures to overcome the
diversity and challenges in the field of legal profession by providing a wide range of professional
and specialization.

EMAN MUSALLAM AL RIYAMI, LLB, PARTNER

Ms. Eman Musallam Al Riyami is a well known Law Practitioner in the United Arab
Emirates- a duly registered advocate in the country. As a legal practitioner, she was able to
obtain various consultancies in the region, with specialization in the field of contract drafting,
negotiation, company establishment, trade mark registration. Furthermore, she was able to
establish an outstanding reputation in the field of civil, commercial and criminal law.

She has excellent and impeccable oral and written communication, social and
interpersonal skills, ability to absorb new concepts and applying thereof in judicious matter.

NASER MUHEYELDIN, J.D., PARTNER

Mr. Naser Muheyeldin, B.A., B.S., J.D., from the State of California, USA, is a Multi-
lingual International Lawyer who provides outstanding legal services in the region.

For more than thirteen (13) years in the legal profession, he was able to work in the
following institutions: Associate and Legal Consultant in various law firms in London; Chief
Legal Officer of Saudi Arabian Investment in London; Legal Advisor with the illustrious and
prominent personality throughout the Arab region; Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and
Managing Partner of Emirates Fortune Group; Legal and Investment Advisor to high network
individuals for major Saudi businessmen; Advisor to the Iraqi Businessmen Council (Dubai); and
Advisor to the Turkish Businessmen Council (Dubai), created joint venture in major
construction projects, assisted major developers in contract drafting with major contractors.

AHMED HAFEZ IBRAHIM,LL.B

Mr. Ahmed Hafez Ibrahim, holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Zagazig-
Egypt (2000) and obtained Legal Profession Certificate to practice law (Egyptian bar
Association 2002). Likewise, he holds a Certificate in Computer Application. Through out of his
experience as a law practitioner, he was able to work at the Office of Advocate, Ashraf Marzouk
law Firm- President of the Bar Qaliubiya, Egypt; Al Baraka Contracting & Decoration Company-

Mr. Bassam Hossam Abu Mandour, holds Bachelor of Laws from Alexandria University
and Diploma in Private Law from Alexadria University. He was awarded certificates for
Qualification of International Arbitrator from Alexandria University, and complied with
Continuing Legal Education, has certificates for Executive Course, American Bar Association
(ABA) and the Arab Society for Commercial and Maritime Law (ASCML)

For more than seven (7) years of extensive experience as bonafide law practitioner, He

MAHMOUD AL ZAHI AL SAEED AL ZAHI, LLB

Mr. Mahmoud Al Zahi Al Saeed Al Zahi, holds a Bachelor of Sharia and Law from Al
Azhar University in Egypt. He worked in Abed Alrahman Loutah Advocates and Legal
Consultants-Dubai as Legal Researcher from 2007 up to 2010. Furthermore, he worked in Al
Falasy Advocates and Legal Consultants as legal Advisor from 2010 up to 2012.

Enhanced by his personal skills, moulded throughout the years of legal practice, his prime duty

Ms. Rhiza Lee Rimando- Raspado, holds a Bachelor of Laws (L.L.B.) Degree from
Adamson University, Philippines and Bachelor of Arts major in Political Science from Lyceum
Northwestern University, Philippines. She is a licensed law practitioner and a bonafide member
of Integrated bar of the Philippines. She obtained and was awarded compliance certificate of
Mandatory Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) to keep abreast with law and jurisprudence,
maintain the ethics of the profession and enhance the standards of the practice of law.

She undertakes a range of paralegal, case management, administrative and government
compliance responsibilities in the litigation and arbitration practice of Dubai, United Arab
emirates. Her years of experience in legal profession, have equipped her with a multitude of

BEN JOSEPH U. DELA ROSA,LL.B

Mr. Ben Joseph U. Dela Rosa, holds a Bachelor of laws from Manuel L. Quezon- School of
Law, Philippines (2006) and Bachelor of Arts major in Consular and Diplomatic Affair from Dela
Salle University- College of Saint Benilde, Philippines (2002). More so, he was able to achieve
eligibility in the government service, more particularly Civil Service Eligibility Examination both
Sub-Professional and Professional (2002 & 2003).

For more than seven (7) years of extensive experience as Legal Consultant, Legal
Researcher, Paralegal Officer and Legislative Staff Officer in the Philippines, in addition to the
