Congratulations!

I am pleased to inform you that you have been selected for admission in the Master of Business Administration (MBA)
programme for the batch 2009-2011. The admission is provisional and subject to the following conditions:

1. You must produce original mark-sheets, evidence of work experience and other documents for verifying the contents
of your application at the time of registration.
2. You must produce original mark-sheets for verifying that you have passed the bachelor's degree or equivalent
examination as eligibility for Post-Graduate studies with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA on the registration day.
However, if you have not received the final mark-sheet from your university as on the registration day, you may produce
the same within a month from the commencement of the programme.
3. You must submit a medical report indicating your medical fitness as certified by a registered medical practitioner at
the time of registration.
4. The annual tuition fee for the programme is provisionally fixed at Rs. 2.00 lakhs, subject to the decision of the fee
fixation committee appointed by the Government of Gujarat. However, the variation in the fee shall not exceed 15% of the
provisional fee. You must confirm your acceptance by returning the letter of acceptance along with a DD for Rs.1.25 lakhs
towards the provisional tuition fee latest by April 28, 2009. You are also required to pay the balance amount of Rs.
75,000/- latest by May 15, 2009.
The payment should be made through a crossed Demand Draft in favour of "Institute of Management, Nirma University,
payable at Ahmedabad" and mailed to: The Deputy Registrar, Institute of Management, Nirma University, Sarkhej-
Gandhinagar Highway, Post: Chandlodia, Ahmedabad 382 481.
5. You are also required to send your confirmation by e-mail (confirm@imnu.ac.in) latest by April 25, 2009 positively.
Your admission will be automatically cancelled if we do not receive the confirmation and the prescribed amount within the
stipulated dates.
6. You are required to take eligibility certificate from Nirma University of Science and Technology by submitting the
documents specified in Para 2 along with the migration certificate on or before September 30, 2009.
7. The offer of admission to MBA 2009-2011 is only for this year and shall lapse if you fail to fulfill the conditions given
above.
8. Students admitted in the programme are compulsorily required to stay at the Institute hostel. Students are required
to have a Laptop computer on their own cost.
Upon your acceptance and payment of the fee, you will be sent other details about the registration procedure, rules and
regulations, academic calendar, hostel facilities, and details of further payments amounting to Rs. 61,500/- including the
hostel fee, students' activity fee, examination fee and deposits and advances amounting to Rs.25,000/-.
