SDV Arndell Park

Dear Dennis,

We have pleasure in submitting our quotation for the supply and installation of power and data at SDV, Arndell Park.
Our quotation is based on the following:

1. Communications Cabling
We have allowed to supply and install a total of 3 x Krone CAT5e RJ45 data outlets.
These outlets will be installed in the following locations:
•1 x dual outlet in the Steel line office
•1 x single outlet for the new bench in the Steel line warhouse

All cabling will emanate from the existing comms rach in the SDV office.
All cabling and components to be installed will be CAT5e.
Where necessary, PVC cable duct / conduit will be supplied and installed to conceal cabling.
Each outlet will be supplied with a 1 metre patchlead & a 3 metre flylead
Each outlet will be suitably labelled.
Each outlet will be tested with a cable analyser.

Sub-Total Ex GST $ 569.14

2. Power cabling
We have allowed to supply and install a total of 1 x Double GPO.
This GPO will be installed on the partition wall for the new bench in the Steel line warehouse and shall be
supplied from an adjacent power circuit.
Where necessary, PVC cable duct or conduit will be supplied and installed to conceal cabling.
The DGPO will be tested & suitably labelled for easy identification.

3. Fork lift Power

We have allowed to supply and install a total of 3 new x 20 Amp, 3 phase power outlets for the Forklift chargers.
We have also allowed to relocate 1 x existing 20 Amp 3 phase power outlet from the SDV warehouse.
These power outlets will be installed in the Steel Line warehouse on the wall joining SDV.
These power outlets shall be supplied from a new 18 pole sub-board which will also be installed in the Steel Line
warehouse.
The new sub bord shall be fed from the existing SDV distribution board.
Note. This sub-board is required because the existing SDV distribution board is at capacity.
Where necessary, PVC cable duct or conduit will be supplied and installed to conceal cabling.
Each outlet will be tested & suitably labelled for easy identification.

4. High Bays
We have allowed to supply and install 2 x Hibay light fittings to replace 2 x existing fittings one of which is
damaged the other not working.

Note. If upon inspection the unbroken fitting only requires a lamp replacement we will not charge for the cost of
the second

We plan to do this work while the scissor lift is on site.

Sub-Total Ex GST $ 379.42

5. Scissor lift Hire

We have allowed for the cost of Scissor lift Hire to do this work.
