6. Schedules with validation/error trappings:

a. For Balance Sheet and Income Statement Excel file (SOCSIE), the
amounts entered in the BS worksheet should balance before you can
close or save your file.

b. For Deposit Liabilities Excel file (DEPLIAB), the worksheet, 22A, should
balance before you can close or save your file.


Note:
Amounts entered divided by the No. of Accounts should be within the range
specified in the Deposit Size. This validation is applicable only for columns
No. of Accts vs. Amounts Peso Accts and Peso Equivalents.

c. For Other Assets Excel file (OTHERAST), the (LOSSES) column in
worksheet 13 (Schedule 13) will only accept negative amounts.

7. Saving the file.


To ensure that the filename being
created is correct, check whether
the file has a number as a suffix.

Instead of "RB-SOLO-DEPLIAB.xls"
there should be a number at the
end "RB-SOLO-DEPLIAB1.xls"
Then click on YES to save the
file.
